Chapter 5 - Back to Konoha

I waved goodbye to Gaara and his siblings who I had gotten to know really well over the past three days before jogging off to the gates. We were going to leave Suna today seeing as the Hokage only wanted the mission to last 10 days which was fairly short but the Hokage always has his reasons. I quickly caught up with my team who were thanking the Kazekage for his hospitality before turning towards the desert and walking off leaving me to run to catch up with them.

I caught up with the team after a few minutes of running only to be immediately ambushed into a hug by Hiroshi, "MIWAKO! YOU'RE ALIVE!" He shouted and I winced at his loudness,

"Hiroshi, please quit hugging me," I groaned and he nodded whilst I sighed at his stupidity. No doubt he'll forget but I'll forgive him since he's stupid. We continued walking in silence until we reached the border of the Land of Fire and Wind, camping there for the night. Masaaki and Hiroshi immediately fell asleep leaving me and Akira awake yet again. I leaned against a tree looking at my blade whilst Akira looked at me  as if she was trying to figure me out,

"Miwako, I have a feeling you're keeping a secret," Akira stated making me gulp before looking up at her,

"I think you're mistaken," I said but Akira shook her head before walking over and leaning against the same tree as me,

"Tell me and I promise I won't tell anyone," She said and I sighed. I don't trust these three with my secret, I only trusted Gaara because I knew he wouldn't spill it and the fact that I didn't exactly want to be killed by an over-excitable raccoon. I shook my head before closing my eyes and falling asleep, paying no attention to Akira.

After two more days we arrived back at Konoha, reporting the mission to the Hokage when he completely surprised me when he asked me to give a detailed recount of my battle with the Iwa shinobi after he dismissed the rest of my squad. I quickly told him everything, from the attacks they used to the old shinobi code I used to tell Akira to run. The Hokage was obviously impressed because he called in some of his Jonin and consulting them before giving me an even bigger surprise, "Miwako, the Jonin I have told your story to all agree that you should be promoted to Chunin," He said and I nodded my head, thanking him.

I headed back to my apartment with my new flak jacket that the Hokage gave me after I got promoted when I remembered that I needed to get a new kimono top. I quickly spun on my heel and headed back to the shops before walking into a clothes shop, browsing through all the rows of clothes before finally finding a suitable blue kimono top. I paid before speeding out of the store and to my apartment where I grabbed something to eat after dumping my stuff in my room. After I ate I quickly sped out again and headed to the Hokage faces where I lay down on Hashirama's head, wondering what had become of him.

I then looked over at Tobirama's head which had his signature expression set on his face and smirked before laughing at one memory I had of a time that I punched Tobirama in the face.

Flashback

I looked over at Hashirama who was continuously banging his head against the wall because he couldn't figure what the point of one of the letters he received. Tobirama was standing the corner shaking his head while I stifled a laugh, "Oi, Tobirama why aren't you laughing?" I asked and he looked at me again before scowling. I glared at him before walking over to him and watched Hashirama from where he was standing,

"What are you doing Miwako?" Tobirama asked with a slight amount of fear in his voice and I chuckled before looking up at him and he sighed, "Nevermind, you're probably thinking about how good looking I am," He said and I growled at him whilst he smirked which pissed me off even more so I punched him in the face, breaking his nose in the process. Tobirama's hands immediately flew up to his nose when I heard Hashirama's laugh echoing through the room,

"You had that coming Tobirama so don't come complaining to me," Hashirama said as he tried to stop laughing whilst I was smirking in the corner, watching as Tobirama kept going on about his nose.

Flashback End

I smiled at the memory of Tobirama's broken nose before the smile was wiped from my face when I remembered the day Madara killed me. I growled and punched the ground leaving a crack on top of Hashirama's head when the Third Hokage appeared out of no where. I looked at him whilst he stood on Tobirama's head, looking out over the village, "Why did you decide to come up here?" He asked out of the blue and I sighed before looking out at the village,

"Its quiet at I can remember things better," I replied and he nodded before sitting down on Tobirama's head, smiling at the people below. I couldn't help but smile as well seeing as Hashirama's childhood dream had come true. I then looked towards the Third as he looked like he was remembering something important that had happened in his life, "Lord Third, I have a question. How exactly did Tobirama die?" I asked and Lord Third looked to me,

"We were on a mission where we were stuck in a trap that would only be able to be passed if someone sacrificed themselves. I asked if I could go do it when Lord Second told me that he would and right before he left he appointed me as the Third Hokage," Lord Third replied and I nodded before looking over at the Fourth head, wondering who it belonged to,

"Who is the Fourth?" I asked and Lord Third looked towards the head as well,

"Namikaze Minato, the Yellow Flash. He died in the Kyuubi's attack on Konoha," He said and I nodded before looking out at the village not caring about what was going on around me but instead looking out at the villagers like Hashirama would have decades ago.

Sorry for the really short and crappy chapter. I currently have no wifi so I did this on my phone which has data so this chapter probably had tons of mistakes. Anyway I'm doing my best to update this book, even without wifi. So I hope you enjoyed this really crap unedited chapter that will eventually be edited or I'll be to lazy and won't edit it but for now goodbye!
