Prince Avi is hosting a selection for his future bride.
Kirstie a common girl enters the selection hoping to make some money for her struggling family.

I take a deep breath and link my arm with my fathers arm. We step into the garden and I see everyone stand up. My eyes immediately find Avi and he becomes the center of my attention. My dad hands me off and Avi takes my hands. I zone out until I hear the priest say my name. "Your vows." I nod. "Prince Avi, my whole life that's how I knew you. I was a simple girl who decided to enter the selection, not expecting you to give me a second thought. But the first time we talked one on one in this very garden I knew there was something different about you. Now not only are you Prince Avi but you are my King and my Dragon." I say with a few tears. He mouths 'I love you'. Before starting his vows. "Kirstie, never in a million years did I think I would find a girl like you. Every day is a new adventure with you. And I can't wait to see what the rest of my life will hold with you by my side." He finishes and I smile at him. "If there is anyone who thinks these 2 should not marry speak now or forever hold you piece." The priest looks around and of course Ashlynn stand up. "I object." I roll my eyes and look over at the guards before giving them a look. They walk over an escort her out. "Well by the power vested in my I pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." I jump into Avi's arms and he kisses me. We pull apart and look to the crowd. "With great honor it is my privilege to introduce Prince Avi and Princess Kirstie Kaplan." We run down the isle and head to the reception on the balcony.

"Alright! It's time to cut the cut." Mother yells. Avi and I stand up while the cooks wheel it out. I gasp when I see it. It was a simple white cake with colorful flowers going up it.

After we cut the cake we have our first dance. Avi pulls me to the dance floor and 'Amazed' by Lonestar plays.
Avi spin me around the dance floor while starring straight into my eyes. "I love you." I say as the song ends. "I love you too. And I can't wait to see what our future holds."

3 Years later
"It's a girl!" The doctor yells. "Congratulations your majesties." They hand me my little girl and I hold her close to my chest. "She's beautiful Kirst." Avi says while looking down at her. "Here." I say while handing our little girl to him. He sits down next to my bed and stares at her. "Hi little one I'm your Daddy And I'm going to do everything in my power to keep you safe." I smile at them. Just then one of the nurses walks in. "One last thing. I need you two to sign your names and her name." She hands me a piece of paper and I write my name then take the baby so he can sign. "What should we name her?" He asks. I think for a moment before I come up with something perfect. "Aspen." He nods. "Princess Aspen." I smile at her and think about how I couldn't ask for a better life.
