As we wait for the close to be clear, we creep into the hallway containing the entrance to the library, oddly enough though, the door is actually unlocked. Usually on weekends it is locked except a few select students have access with the Headmaster's supervision; however the headmaster was out right now as Judas told me his Dad always leaves this time on Saturdays for his 'outing', whatever that means.

As we creep into the entrance of the library Judas says,

"I will go in first, if there is anyone in here that isn't supposed to be, they will not question my presence as I am the Headmaster's son. I am also a lot scarier looking than you, and can hold my own in a fight." Even though I knew how dangerous this Game was and knew that he probably could hold his own better than me, I couldn't help but make him more afraid of the situation by saying,

"Unless of course the person in here unauthorized, might I add, probably has a weapon which they could harm you with before you even blink, be my guest, go in first. Since you are bigger than me you will make a great wall." I say with a tight smile, but inside my heart is beating out of my chest. I think it already alerted the person in the library of our presence, it was that loud.

When we both mustered up the courage to go through the door, we decided we wouldn't feed into the horror movie scene, and we made the wise choice to not split up. As we scanned each and every row of the library and kept our ears piqued for any sound; however we neither heard nor saw anyone, or anything, so we went for the book.

When we reached the door, we noted it was still locked and took that as a good sign, as Judas took out the key he took from his Father's safe. How he got in the safe I have no idea, but I quite frankly did not care at the moment. As I waited for him to unlock the door, my thoughts were on Isla.

How was she doing? Was she alright? Is she hurt, if so is it bad? Is she scared out of her mind? Okay, I guess that last one was rhetorical.

We barely got the key in the lock, before my chest seized to gather air as I heard footsteps approaching. We took the key out of the still locked door and crept into the shadows. It was impossible for someone to be coming into the library; it was strictly off limits outside of schooldays. Whoever it is walks with purpose, they know what they are coming for. I sure hope it isn't us.
