Liam's POV:

it had been hours after the brutal breakup i had thrown at Brett. my heart hurt doing so, but i knew it was the right thing. my phone continuously vibrated as i tried to sit in silence, now on the steps of my house. it was getting dark out and i was growing quite annoyed with whoever was calling me. so, eventually i picked up the unknown number.

"who is this and why do you feel the need to call me so many fucking times?" i shouted angrily.
"it's me." a feminine voice responded to my hostile approach.
when i had nothing to say, they spoke again. "you know, i really miss you at school, babe." she giggles and i frown.
"who are you?" i ask forcefully.
"like you don't know who we are already? common, Liam, it's not rocket science!" she- or they laughed some more. "fucking hell.. tell me who you are-" "or what? you know, let's just stop this fighting, okay?.. meet us at the Sinema." and before i could disagree, they hung up.
i feel anger build up inside me as i squeezed the phone tightly in my hand and stood up, throwing it far down the street. i scream out loud despite the fact that people could be asleep. then, i take one last glance at the house before making my way to the club.

when i arrived outside the meeting destination, i decided on going inside after awhile. i didn't know what exactly went through my brain when making this wild decision to meet up with possible serial killers. the place was absolutely packed and bodies were crammed next to one another while people tried to dance to the loud music. multiple girls surrounded me, grinding themselves into me, causing me to push through the crowd with greater effort.

i arrived at the empty side of the bar area, allowing myself to be seen clearly to whomever is so desperate to see me.
within a certain amount of time, i was approached by an unfamiliar face.
"Liam?" a dark eyed, brown haired boy spoke loudly over the music. he somehow knew my name, yet i couldn't recognize his face.

"that's my name." i stood up straight, looking him in the eye and waiting to see what they wanted. "follow me," he demanded and spun around, beginning to make his way throughout the busy crowd. without hesitation, i walked closely behind, making sure i dealt with this for once and for all.

random turns and long hallways, we ended up in a dark and barely visible room. "okay, so what's the deal with this?" i come to a halt, now wanting to know everything. "just wait-"
"i'm not going anywhere until you tell me what this is about, okay?" i yelled and the guy seemed quite unhappy with me and my short temper.
although, if his mother was brutally murdered, he too, would feel my constant rage.

"just don't act stupid and things will go fine." he gave me the least bit of information before twisting the door handle and walking in, revealing a large gathering of people, four or five all surrounding two chairs. my eyes tried to steady on just one person, but there were too many to stay focused on.
"finally!" one girl exclaimed, standing up. a party mask covered her true identity as she made her way over to me.

just as the girl had reached me, i grabbed her by the arm and slammed her against the wall. "awe.. he wants to play rough too?" giggles erupted from her as her hands trailed down me, her eyes the only visible part on her face.
"hurt me- and i can guarantee you'll be gone within less than ten seconds. but, we're totally down to talk, if you wish." she told me and i backed away slightly, allowing her to breathe without being pinned up. "care for a drink?" she offered with a devilish smile appearing from beneath the material.

i sat in one of the few chairs, all eyes and attention drawn toward me.
they had handed me a glass of what was supposedly whiskey, but i dared not to drink it for my own, very obvious, reasons. "so, Liam.. rumour has it that you finally decided to end your little experiment with Brett?" the girl cackled with pure joy and excitement dripping from her voice.
"experiment?" i scoffed.

"yes, experiment. we all know you aren't really gay!" she yelled and then someone stepped into the room, causing the people to turn their attention elsewhere. another dude joined the group of suspicious looking people, whispering something in her ear about a drink. catching on quickly, i knew what was about to happen.
"not thirsty?" she suddenly questioned before getting up and standing in front of me. "nope." i said bluntly. "well, i think you should drink some, babe.. it's easier to forget everything afterwards." she muttered before two fellow guys grabbed hold of both my arms. i desperately fought them off, but i couldn't do it and i felt utterly weak.

"open up." she demanded and i kept my mouth shut. "didn't think you would turn down a simple drink! such a shame - hope you enjoy needles just as much." she growled and someone passed her the syringe filled with a yellow substance, and before i could resist some more, i was brutally  stabbed with the most painful thing ever. i screamed out at first, the pain excruciating and causing me to feel ill. then, i noticed my arms were free and the girl sitting on my lap had removed the mask that once covered her face.

"aren't you glad it's me!" Tracy grinned widely as her hair fell loosely amongst her shoulders and pure happiness evaded from her. her eyes flashed a neon yellow, an electric feeling flowing through my veins. i could barely comprehend all of this.
"and for the best part of all-" Tracy cut herself off by bringing her eager lips to mine.

the worst part was, i kept trying to push aside the awful idea of me liking the kiss.
