I added the trailor thingy in the box^

I woke up to the sound of rain. Today was Vic's 27th birthday. About 2 more months until i was 26. Vic wasn't here in bed with me, though. I yawned and stretched my arms upward. I smelled food, possibly pancakes, coming from the kitchen.
I walked out of the bedroom and through the apartment, to the kitchen. He was there, facing the stove, flipping pancakes with a spatula. I walked over and put my arms around him from behind and kissed his neck. "Happy birthday Victor Fuentes." i said, and he chuckled against my chest. He continued to make pancakes and i made my way over to the fridge to get some orange juice. "Kells, it's a rainy day. You wanna just stay in today?" he asked without turning his back.
"Are you crazy? You know i love rainy days!" I said to him.
He just laughed and said "Well i didn't plan anything. 27 isn't a big deal after all."
Suddenly, an idea came to me.
"Well i mean, maybe we can do something? I think i have an idea." he just shrugged and continued cooking.

After we ate, he went and got dressed, and so did i. The rain seemed to have gotten harder, which was even better. I made sure that i had my bracelet on. Our bracelet, to be exact.

After a little while, we headed out the building. He still had no clue what i had planned. I drove all the way to my childhood house, so he wouldn't be familiar with this side of the forest.
"Kellin where are we?" i just looked at him and shrugged, playing dumb. I parked at the edge of the field and we both got out. He followed me through the trees, eventually realizing where we were. He gasped and held onto my hand.
"Kellin this is great. I love you so much." he said with a wide smile.
We sat down against our tree and watched the rain fall down. I cluched the small box and paper that was in my sweater pocket. I looked at him and he kissed me. I backed away, onto my knees. I pulled out the note and rolled up my sleeve so that the bracelet was visible. He looked confused, and furrowed his eyebrows.
"Vic Fuentes. One day, you left me a note. I don't know if you remember it, but you said you would marry me. I was wondering if that offer was still open." his eyes grew wide. "Vic, will you marry me?" i asked, and pulled the small box out, opened it and gave him the ring.
He started crying and frantically shook his head yes. I cried too and he hugged me, then kissed me.
We cuddled against the tree trunk for hours. With some small talk in between. I sighed "i love rainy days."
