Great, Stuck In Their World ~Naruto Story~ Chapter 45

Gai and I got back to Konoha and to the hospital in no time. We took Sasuke to the hospital and are now currently waiting for anything to happen. Whether it is Sasuke waking up, Naruto coming back, the nurse coming in to tell me Sasu’s okay, a nurse to tell me that Kakashi’s okay. Anything like that would be nice.

Then again, it’s only been a day since we brought back Sasuke, and since we left Naru and Jiraiya. It’d be a miracle if anything happened today.

So, here I was, sitting next to Sasuke, practically about to fall asleep. As my head would slowly start to drop closer to the edge of the bed, I’d jump right back awake. I woke up early for some… who knows why reason, to come visit Sasuke in the hospital—Kakashi, too.

I rubbed my eyes to keep myself awake, but somehow that just made me sleepier and I slowly nodded off to sleep.

“Miss, I need you to wake up…” A very polite voice informed, shaking my shoulder lightly.

I groaned and swatted away the hand, mumbling out incoherent words to her. I heard a sigh and footsteps; I’m guessing she walked away. Or at least, I thought that until…

“Tanaka Naomi! Get out of Sasuke-Kun’s room! You’ve been in here all day and it’s my turn to see him!” A very loud voice boomed suddenly.

I jumped up and looked around to see who this person was. At first I was thinking maybe it was Sakura, but as I stared at the girl; I realized it was Ino.

I rubbed my eyes to get the sleepiness out of them. “Ino…? Why are you here?” I questioned as she crossed her arms and glared at me.

“I’m here to visit Sasuke-kun! Sakura’s here, too and frankly, you’re taking up space. This isn’t your personal sleeping area.”

I rolled my eyes. This girl… “Yeah, okay. I get it.” I replied and quickly got out of their way. Wait… what time is it? I looked around in the lobby to see there was no clock. What the… why is there no clock here? This is a hospital! I’m sure some people are curious as to what time it is.

I pulled out my iPod from my weapon pouch. It’s a good thing my iPod has the time… Okay… it’s two in the afternoon. Well, I guess I could train, or something.

I headed towards the training grounds. It was somewhat busy trying to get there since the streets were crowded with people that were shopping or just mindlessly walking around. But I did finally get there.

To my surprise, someone was there. And it wasn’t just anybody, it was Ryuu. An idea formed in my head and I smirked, slowly creeping up on Ryuu. He instantly turned around as I got closer and threw a kunai which I barely dodged.

“Ah! Ryuu, it’s just me!” I cried out, dodging two more kunai.

He stopped throwing random kunai at me enough to look up and realize who it was. “Oh, Naomi… Hey.”

I glared up at him. “You could’ve killed me!”

“Sorry, you shouldn’t sneak up on people like that, though.” He advised.

I grinned. “I know.”

He sweat dropped at my response. “Sit, talk.” he demanded, sitting down on the grass and waited for me to sit down, too.

My eyebrow rose a bit, but I slowly walked over and plopped down next to him. “What’s up?”

“Nothing much… I just got out of the hospital. They kept me in there too long…”

My eyes widened in realization. I had totally forgotten he was in the hospital! “Oh, Ryuu… I would’ve visited but when I was going to Shizuka was in there with you so I decided to come back later, but when I went into the lobby Gai was there and he told me that Sasuke was after Itachi and Itachi was after Naruto so he was going to go after all of them! And I got worried and went too…” I explained, feeling a bit guilty for not visiting my own family member.
