Lucas's POV
Things have been going great since Valentines Day, but I can't help but notice Maya still gets tense around me. It's great that we've been hanging out, but I get the feeling something's up.
"So one more month of school." Maya said. They were sitting in his room playing 2k.
"Are you just trying to distract me?" Lucas asked
"Yes, and no. I mean after next month we become high school students." She said
He paused the game "Are you nervous?"
"Honestly, yes. And I don't know why." She sighed
"It'll be okay, and don't worry about it too much." Lucas said seriously "Maya what's been going on with you?"
"It's nothing." She said
"It doesn't seem like nothing. I get if you don't want to talk about, but can I at least be the first to know?"
"Sure thing Sundance. Now are you ready to get your ass kicked again." She exclaimed
"Hey I let you win." He said unpauseing the game
"You only say that now."

"So you let me win?" Maya asked after beating Lucas for the 5th time
"Yeah I let you when or something." He smiled
"Or something." She laughed
"It's getting late, want me to walk you home?" Lucas asked
"Nah, I'll be fine. She you tomorrow." She said
"Bye Maya." He said giving her a hug
"Bye Ranger Rick." She said hugging back the walking out the door.
Something was wrong. But I don't think I'm the first one to know.
3rd Person
"Hey Maya what's wrong, it's one in the morning." Farkle said climbing through her window
"I don't know how much longer I can do this." She said running her hands through her hair
"Then just tell him." He said closing the window behind him
"I just don't want anything to change."
"Come here," He said hugging her "Maya nothing's gonna change. You know he already likes you."
"What about Riley?" She said with her face buried in his chest
"Riley is just gonna have to get over this one. There are plenty of other guys out there for her. You gotta tell him."
"Will you stay with me?" She asked
"Of course, now let's get some sleep we have school in a couple hours."

"Farkle can you get the door?"
"Yeah," Lucas was on the other side "What's up man." He said doing there hand shake
"Dude where's your shirt?" Lucas asked
"Probably in Maya's room."
"Hey did you find out what was wrong?" Lucas closing the door behind him
"Yeah, and it's nothing to worry about. Let me get dressed, I think Maya's in the kitchen."
Maya's POV
I'm thankful for Farkle. He stayed here with me last night. For anybody who doesn't know us you'd think we werw dating. But it's more a bother/sister relationship. He is one of the best friends you could have.
"Hey Short Stack." She heard behind her "Is that Farkle's shirt." He laughed
"Yes and it's quite comfortable."
It was really. All of his shirts were, I'm just glad he doesn't take them back.
"Are we stopping by Riley's?" Farkle asked "Not another one." He sighed "There all too big for you."
"Yeah but it's com-fort-able. And Riley said she'd meet us at school." Maya said grabbing her bag off the counter
"I hope you weren't attached to that shirt cause you're not getting it back." Lucas laughed
"Yeah I know, she has like ten others." He said grabbing an apple
"I like the button up ones," She giggled "Now come on, we wouldn't want to be late now would we."
"Of course not." Farkle said
3rd Person
"You know what?" Maya asked in the lunch line "I think I'll were Farkle's shirts all week. Tomorrow will be the return of the turtleneck." She said dramatically
"Real excited for that one." Farkle said getting in the line bihind them
"Oh not another one." Riley said grabbinga tray
"Yes another one," Farkle started "Soon she's gonna have my whole closet."
"No I won't. We all know I can't fit your pants." She said moving in line
"And you can't fit my shirts either." Farkle chuckled
Lucas laughed "I think she's forcing me to wear different colors."
"Next week will be Lucas's shirts. Everyday a different blue shirt." Maya said making them all laugh
"Say goodbye to all your blue shirts." Riley said
"I prefer yellow, but blue works." Maya said sitting down
"I think you prefer our shirts to yours." Farkle said
Riley laughed
"Hey don't laugh, I know you have my Pluto shirt." Farkle said pointing at her
"Maybe I do, Maybe I don't. Either way you're not getting it back." She smirked
"You're lucky I like you guys." He said
"Yes we are."
