"Hey Maya are you okay?" Lucas asked
"No, but it'll be fine." She said slaming her locker door shut, causing him to jump
"Please don't lie to me." He said sadly "I know it's agrivating."
"I'm sorry."
"Hey, don't be. You have nothing to be sorry for. I felt the same way earlier, and I still do."
"Why does this have to be such a big deal." Maya pouted
"I don't know." Lucas laughed some what nervously
"You up for a smoothie?" He asked
"Why not."

"Farkle didn what now?" Lucas asked trying to control his laughter
"Him and Riley sang the whole movie." Maya said laughing
"Where was I?"
"Itwas when you we're still going back to Texas on the weekends."
He smiled " Aren't there like three of those movies?"
"Yes Lucas, yes there are."
"All three didn't they."
Maya groaned loudly "Nonstop, all the watched for hours." She said making Lucas laugh harder
"There not even movies that have songs in them." He said laughing
"I know." Maya exclaimed
"Thank you for that, I really need a laugh." Lucas said smiling
"Same here."
"So is like a date or," Zay started as he walked into Topanga's
Maya rolled her eyes at him
"Never mind guys lets go somewhere else." He smirked shooing off Riley and Farkle "Don't have to much fun kids." Zay smirked walking out the door.
Lucas cringed "Ugh, he just has to turn everything sexual."
Maya laughed "Come on, Huckleberry it's funny."
"Oh real funny." He exaggerated
Maya continued to laugh
"It's not gonna be so funny if your cleaning smoothie out of your hair later." Lucas smirked
She gasped "You wouldn't dare."
"I know from experience it's not fun." He said swiftly pouring their drinks on her
"Lucas!" She exclaimed
"Gotta blast." He said sprinting away
"Get your ass back here."
~Maya~
"You're lucky I like you." Maya said walking into her bedroom drying her hair
In all honesty I was pissed, but get it. He got his payback
"I didn't know you liked to read." Lucas said, who was layed out on her bed, flipping through The Outsiders
"I like that one especially." She said sitting on his legs. He took up a good portion of the bed
"I remember reading this last year." He said skimming through the pages
"That's one of the reasons we read it, Harper had asked for suggestions, so I suggested." She shrugged
He just stared at her in awe
"You know that's one of the reasons i like you," Lucas started
"Please don't." Maya begged
Please don't make this hard.
"No I'm serious," Lucas said sitting up, to where Maya was in his lap
She gulped
"Look at me." He said turning her head towards himself
"Maya there's nothing wrong with getting complements."
She just continued to stare at him
"I don't know if I like where this is going." Maya said
"Where is this going?" Lucas said softly, staring into her eyes
"I don't know, you tell me." She said doing the same
They just stared at each other until Lucas leaned down and kissed her. She was surprised at first but kissed back.
"Well then." Maya said breaking the kiss
"So." Lucas grinned
She smiled "That happened."
