~Maya~
"So," Lucas started as they sat at the lunch table "How's everybody's day?" He asked awkwardly
"It was a great until I got to school." Maya mummbled
"Okay." Lucas said "I'm not doing this." He said getting up and walking away.
"Look what you did, you made the Cowboy mad."
"What's going on between you two?" Riley asked
"Oh, so now you can speak." Maya said
"Sorry." Farkle said "I'm gonna try and find Lucas."
"He's probably in the gym." Maya said
"Thanks." He said walking away
"So." Riley said
"So." Maya repeated
I swear if she doesn't say something I'm going to explode. It's bad enough everyone's making a big deal about this.
"You and," Riley started
"Lucas?" Maya questioned "No, how've you been? No how's life? Anything?" She shrugged
Riley and Zay stayes silent
"That's what I thought."
~Lucas~
You try and start one conversation and all of a sudden no one knows how to speak.
"Hey man." Farkle said sitting next to him "Sorry about in there, I've just been thinking a lot lately."
"It's okay, what have you been thinking about?"
"Isadora has been avoiding me. I think I can tell where this is going." He sighed
"If she really likes you she'll come around. If not you'll find another girl." Lucas said patting his back "And hey, you've already got someone's father ready to kill you." He smiled
"I just want to let you know how much I, hate you right now." Farkle chuckled jokingly
"Yeah I know." He smirked
"So I'm guessing at this point you don't know what you and Maya are to each other." Farkle said looking at him knowingly
"Why does everyone view this as a big deal. I thought I made myself obvious." Lucas said grabbing the basketball beside him and throwing it
"Calm down, it's fine. All that matters is that you and Maya know how each other feel and you go at the pace you want."
"I know, it just agrivates me." Lucas said standing up
"I see." Farkle laughed "Let's get back to lunch, we got like ten minutes left."
"What no basketball?" He joked
"Come on freak face, Maya's probably pissed right now and we don't want to see that fight."
"Alright Minkus, let us go."
