“No! Don’t hang up, Clary!” Simon says desperately. “It’s important!”
Clary sighs “What is it, Simon?”
“I’ve managed to break the lock on a cell door. Thought it might be Jocelyn’s. Well, it has two guys in it. Want me to bring ‘em along?” He asks
“Can they help? Are they healthy?” Clary replies
“They look a little injured.” Luke adds down the phone
“We can fight, and we hate Sebastian and Camille.” A weak voice croaks
“What does Izzy think?” says Jace
“Oh, we split up. Izzy, Peeta and Katniss went off together. And me and Luke are here.”
“Where’s here?” Clary asks, puzzled.
The phone cuts off.
“Here.” Luke’s voice says
I jump and spin around. Simon and Luke stand behind us and out of the shadows limp 2 beaten men. They’re injured and bloodied but I’d know them anywhere. Peeta’s sketched them frequently enough, and, apparently, perfectly. Because, even though I don’t know them, I take a step forward in awe.
“Finnick and Cinna.” I breathe
