Fried chicken

Ingredients:

1. Five table spoons of flour

2. One quarter tsp of Pepper

3. One tsp of salt

4. One egg

5. One quarter cup if milk

6. one quarter cup of water

7. Chicken(thigh, drum, breast chicken, any chicken will do)

Steps:

1. Mix the flour, pepper and salt in a small bowl.

2. In another small bowl, beat the egg, milk and water in it.

3. Set up a frying pan with oil, or you can deep fry it.

4. One piece at a time, put a piece of chicken in the egg mixture, then coat it with the flour mixture.

5. Do step 4 two times and fry it.

( do not turn the heat too high because if so, the meat may not cook and only the skin would )

Notes: By coating the chicken in the flour, it gives the chicken the crispy skin.
