Pancakes

Ingredients:
1. One egg
2. Two tbsp of sugar
3. One cup of flour
4. Two tbsp of butter
5. 3/4 cups of milk
6. Three tsp of baking powder

Steps:
1. Beat the egg until fluffy.

2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix

3. Heat up a griddle or frying pan with cooking spray/butter/ oil.

4. Put the amount of pancake batter or the frying pan/ griddle for 3 minutes and flip for another minute.

5. Serve.

Notes:
-baking powder helps the pancake to rise
