Chocolate chip muffin

Ingredients:
1. 2 cups of plain flour
2. 1 tbsp of baking powder
3. 1/8 tsp of cinnamon
4. 1/2 tap salt
5. 2 eggs
6. 1/2 cup of melted butter
7. 1 cup of milk
8. 1/3 cup of sugar
9. 1/3 cup of brown sugar
10. 1 tap vanilla
11. 2 tbsp sour cream/butter milk/plain yogurt
12. One 12 oz packet of chocolate chips

Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius

2. Mix the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl

3. In another small bowl, mix the chocolate chips with half a cup of the dry mixture. Make sure that all the chocolate chips are coated with the flour mixture. (This will prevent the chocolate chips from sinking all the way down to the bottom of the muffin)

4. In a large bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Add in the dry ingredients and mix.

5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

6. Spoon the mixture into muffin/cupcake liners with an ice cream scoop or with a spoon until 3/4 of the way full

7. Bake for 18-20 mins or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean with no wet batter on it.
