Oreo cheese cupcake

INGREDIENTS:

Oreo Crust :

1. 1 1/2 cups of Oreo cookies

2. 3 tablespoons of brown sugar

3. 1/2 cup of unsalted melted butter

Filling:

1. 2 8oz boxes of cream cheese room temperature

2. 2/3 cup of white sugar

3. 2 eggs room temperature

4. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract/essence

INSTRUCTIONS:

Oreo crust:

1. Mix in all the ingredients (the Oreo, brown sugar, and melted butter)

2. Pack firmly into a 9 inch pie pan or adjustable cheesecake pan.

The filling:

1. Cream the cream cheese together.

2. Slowly add in the sugar.

3. Scrape down the sides and mix in the eggs, one at a time.

4. Mix in the vanilla essence/extract.

5. Put it in cupcake cases and bake it for 18-20 minutes at 170 degree Celsius.

Notes: you can make it into a cupcake instead if you want.

Or if u don't like Oreo, u can use any type of biscuit.
