Buttercream frosting

INGREDIENTS:

1. 1 cup unsalted butter

2. 4 cups confectioners (powdered) sugar, sifted

3. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

4. 4 tablespoons milk

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Beat butter for two mins.

2. Add 4 cups of powdered sugar and mix it into the butter.

3. Add vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of milk and beat it until creamy

Notes: you can add food colouring if you like.
