Harry got up from the ground. I reached my hand up to my forehead and felt the blood on my fingers. I wiped the blood on my leg and walked over to Hagrid.

"We should probably put your house out," said Harry quietly.

"The charm is aguamenti-" I said. I tear sprang to my eye but I quickly wiped it away as reality struck me.

With Harry Hagrid and I all putting out the fire it was out in a few minutes.

"It's not so bad," said Hagrid. "Nothing Dumbledore won't be able to put right-" Harry went silent and I stopped moving.

"Hagrid..." Started Harry.

"I was trying some-"

"Hagrid..." I said this time.

"What even happened. I just saw some death eaters running down from the castle but what the ruddy hell was Snape doing with them? He was running after them- chasing them-" Hagrid said gruffly.

"He..." Harry cleared his throat. Another tear sprang from my eye. "He killed-"

"He killed someone? What are you on about Harry?"

"Dumbledore," I said quietly.

"Snape killed Dumbledore-" said Harry.

"Dumbledore what, Harry?"

"He's dead. Snape killed him," Harry said.

"Don't say that- Snape kill Dumbledore? Don't be stupid what made you say that?" Hagrid said.

"Saw it happen-" said Harry.

"You couldn't have-"

"We saw it Hagrid," I said.

"What must have happened was Dumbledore must have told Snape to go with those death eaters. Got to keep his cover. We'd better get you two back up to school," said Hagrid. We got up and started back towards school.

As we walked towards the big doors people began to walk towards where Dumbledores body most likely laid. I was shaking still. Harry put his left arm around my shoulders supportively but I could feel him also shaking still.

"What are they looking at?" Said Hagrid. "What's that in the grass?" He added slowly. "See it? Right under the tower, blimey- you don't think someone got thrown off-"

There was a gap in the group of people surrounding  the body at the foot of the tower. Harry Hagrid and myself walked slowly past the crowd of murmuring people to the front of it.

Hagrid let out a moan of shock. I stood staring at Dumbledores dead body that laid on the ground in front of me. A tear formed in my eye and I let it fall silently. Dumbledore looked as though he could be sleeping... But I knew better than to think that. Harry reached down and straighter Dumbledores half moon slept scores on his nose. I wiped a trickle of blood from his mouth on my dress.

Harry suddenly reached into Dumbledores pocket after a minute or so and pulled out a large locket. He clicked it open in his hand and looked at it suspiciously. I also looked at it. Inside of the locket was a small piece of crumpled paper. From the light of wands that were now lit behind Harry and I I looked over And read the piece of parchment in Harrys hand.
