My breath hitched when he leaned down to whisper in my ear, "your eyes are beautiful."

I couldn't understand what I was feeling, like butterflies in my stomach. I felt all happy and giggly inside, it was scaring me. I wasn't supposed to feel this way, I wasn't supposed to feel anything at all.

"You look adorable when you blush," he whispered huskily, causing a shiver to run down my spine.

He had such a strong effect on me and I didn't like it one bit. He smelled good though, like cinnamon and forest. His nose brushed against my cheek sending shocks. I pushed him away and suddenly felt cold.
