Chapter 19:
The Agreement

The man growled and slammed his hand on the desk out of frustration.

"She still has me blocked," he growled.

"Are you sure you felt her in danger? Maybe it was just period cramps or something?" Eric suggested.

"No. This was a serious pain, I have Diego gathering information on her group, to see what's going on with them."

Just as the words left Xavier's mouth, the door opened to reveal Diego. He closed the door behind himself and sat in a chair next to Eric.

"Before I tell you two anything, I need you both to tell me what you know."

"She works for some gang and killed a pack member," Eric replied, Xavier nodded in agreement.

"Okay, what I'm about to tell you will get me killed, I wouldn't have said anything if you didn't need to know," Diego warned.

"Just spit it out already," Xavier growled.

"A few men from their group left for Sacramento a few days ago, and a day later Lucia, her father, a few other men left to the airport. I'm not sure where they went but her father and the men came back. Lucia was nowhere in sight, one of the guards was talking about Lucia being kidnapped by an enemy group."

"Why would they take Lucia?" Xavier growled.

"Lucia lied to you, she isn't part of a gang, she is part of a Mexican/American mafia group. Her father is the leader of said group. The group in Sacramento is a smaller group who wants to take out Lucia's. They are using her to their advantage, hoping it will cause her father to surrender," Diego explained.

"Will it?" Eric asked.

"No, he doesn't give a shit about Lucia. He will not let his empire crumble."

A loud ferocious growl echoed through the room, both men flinched at the sound their furious Alpha let out.

"Get me a meeting with him. Now."

Diego nodded his head and walked out of the room.

• Meanwhile •

Sebastian stood up from his chair, rushing out of the room going up to his boss's room. He knocked on the door before opening it and rushing inside. Daniel and Raul turned to look at him, giving him a glare for interrupting. They were going over plans to get Lucia back.

"This better be good," Raul warned.

"Sir, the wolf pack knows about us, they are coming here to make an alliance to get Lucia back," he breathed out.

Daniel hummed in reply, thinking about the advantages of having them as allies.

"We'll see what they have to say."

Diego took a deep breath, preparing himself.

"Okay let's head in," he said to the men who came with him.

They walked to the gate and the guards were quick to recognize him. They looked shocked for they weren't told that Diego was alive. The men radio Raul, who came to the gate a few minutes later.

"What are you doing here Diego?" Raul asked pretending to not know.

"My boss wishes to speak to yours."
