Off We Go

I woke to someone shaking me real hard. Probably Dally or anyone other then my brothers. Darry took the day off to say bye to me and the others too. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. Dally sat next to me and I looked up at him.

"Promise me something?" He asked.

"Sure" I said.

"Promise me you'll watch over Lilly for me and you'll stay the way you are. Don't change or cause too much trouble over there" He said. I nodded and he pulled me into a hug. Dallas Winston got a soft spot for the three of us, Lilly, Jason and I.

"I promise Dally" I said. He let me go and then the gang and my brothers came from the kitchen. Lilly and Jason are asleep on the other couch. Dally got up and went to go and wake them up. Pony and Johnny sat next to me.

"So what you gonna without me, other then die?" I said.

"Not much" Johnny said.

"C'mon Johnny, go get a girl. If you do then keep her away from Dally"

"I will"

"So Pony what you gonna do until Bree comes out?"

"Finish school"

"I thought you were fun and not a buzz kill" I said.

"I am fun, it's just that I like school"

"The one and only who likes it"

"C'mon we gotta go" Darry said. We all got up and left the house. I brought my bag and so did the other two. We walked down to the station and Dally talked to Jason the whole time. Which got me thinking, why did Dally never go to reform school?  I mean he always did bad things when he was small. I know he did go to the cooler at the age of 10, like Jason, Lilly and I.

We got to the station and the cops were ALL outside waiting for US. Do they not have a life, other then catching criminels? I stood in front of my brothers and facing the cops. They took a good look at us and I wasn't scared.

"Lets go. Say bye and then we leave in 5" One cop said. One car will take Lilly and I and another will take Jason. Jason and Lilly hugged Dally, then the rest of the guys. I hugged the gang first and saved the best for last. I got to Darry and he was ready to bawl his eyes out. His little girl was leaving, just like a father would say. He picked me up and held me tight in his arms. I hugged him back as well.

"Watch over the boys for me?" I asked.

"I will, when you come back they're all yours" He said. He gave me to Soda and Soda held me forever it felt like. I hugged him and he hugged me.

"Bye Soda, stay strong" I said.

"I will for you" He said. He gave me to Pony and he was already in tears. I hugged him tightly and put my head on his shoulder to comfort him.

"Stay gold Zay" He said.

"Stay gold Pony" I said. I hugged him longer then the others. I have a strong bond with him and Soda and then Johnny. Pony put me down and Lilly hugged Jason before she got in the car. I walked over to him and hugged him and he hugged me back. He kissed me too, he pulled away and smiled. He left to his car and I walked over to Dally.

"Don't expect me not to kill that player of cousin" I said.

"You kill him and you're dead too" Dal said. I smirked and walked over to the car. I hopped in next to Lilly and we left. I sat with her by my side. Jason's school was the other way then where we were going.

Lilly fell asleep before we left Tulsa. The school is about three hours away from Tulsa. I decided to go to sleep as well. I don't know what the school will be like, but I hope to not hate it. I might.
