Yoongi didn't interact with Jungkook over the next month. Fortunately he didn't make any loud noises since they talked. Yoongi noticed however he never turned any lights on. It also seemed he didn't turn the heating on. Maybe he was poor? He did look too pale as well. He shook his head. Wasn't his business. He continued to work on the new song for the trainees. He couldn't concentrate though. He knew it was because of a certain boy next door. He groaned before getting up and walking up the porch. Felt like deja vu almost. He knocked and once again no one answered the door. Was the boy partially deaf? He knocked again and the door opened. The boy looked at him cautiously, "C-can I help you hyung?" Yoongi sighed, "I was wondering do you want to half some coffee with me." The younger hesitated before nodding. He followed behind Yoongi not making a sound. He sat at the table looking around as Yoongi made coffee. Yoongi sat opposite him placing a steaming mug in front of him. Jungkook mumbled a thanks before sipping the drink. He made a face. Yoongi chuckled, "Not your taste? How about hot chocolate?" Jungkook shook his head and nodded shyly. Yoongi watched him. He seemed a lot paler than the last time. Yoongi went to take the cup at the same time Jungkook went to hand it to him. Yoongi's pulled back in shock. He was ice cold. Jungkook's eyes widened. He stood up quickly trying to get to the door. Yoongi grabbed his arm, "Jungkook?" He took his hands gently, "You're like an icicle. And you're always in darkness. What's going on?" Jungkook was frozen in his spot. He pulled his hands away, "It's nothing. I'm just saving money." He bowed, "I'm going to go home. Sleep." He rushed away. Yoongi frowned, "It was only the afternoon." He watched him leave. Something didn't feel right.
He sat on his step deep in thought. His other neighbor who he knew as Jimin smiled at him, "Tiring day?" Yoongi nodded. Jimin glanced at Jungkook's house, "It's sad isn't it?" Yoongi was confused, "What is?" Jimin frowned, "You don't know? The family that used to live there. The Jeons. Their son was in a hit and run incident. He's in come for the past year. Only eighteen years old. Sad really." Yoongi looked at the house. Jeon. That was the boy's last name. He looked at Jimin in interest, "What was his name, the boy?" Jimin smiled sadly, "Jungkook. His family moved home not long after. They were told there was little chance he would ever wake up. I have to get back to work. See you neighbour." Yoongi waved. He glanced at the house curiously. So than who was the Jeon Jungkook in the house.
