   "Bella?" I heard distantly.

I was too preoccupied thinking about Edward. Everyone of course knows we've been together for quite some time now and I havent gone a single day without someone bringing it up to me. I guess I don't blame them, I myself am still shocked that a goddess such as himself would ever consider me. Im tragically boring and he's perfect, inside and out. I cant even fathom the fact that he is my "boyfriend" I guess you would call it, even though its more than that to me. I've known him all of five months months, but I love him. I couldnt live without him.

"Bella!" I heard again, and jumped. Jessica Stanly was staring at me, waving a hand in front of my face. I looked at her, confused.

   "Yea, sorry Jess."

She laughed quietly, glancing up towards the front of the class. Our History teacher was writing notes on the board so she spoke to me in soft whispers.

    "How's Edward?"

I tried not to sigh, even though I wanted to. "He's good."

Really? What am I supposed to say? If she wants to know how he is doing then she could ask him herself, allthough the thought of her flirtatiously asking him how he's been irritates me. But what does she expect me to say? Or is that just a topic starter.

"Are you two still dating?" She whispered.

"Yes." I'm sure she would hear if we werent, everyone would know somehow.

     "Wow, four months."

Four months isnt anything compared to how long I plan to be with him. I nodded, smiling lightly, and scribbled down what I had missed from the notes that were on the board.

"Do you guys kiss a lot?"

I laughed at her awkward question.

    "Or is he a prude."

"Uh, we.. kiss, sometimes. How about you and Mike? How are you guys." I said, changing the questioning to her so I wouldnt have to answer anything.

"We are great! Things were a bit rocky over the summer, but were strong as ever, he actually invited me over tonight." She whispered, adding a dirty wink.

My eyes widened a fragment as she told me this, not knowing what to say. I decided just to ignore the last half. "Thats awesome Jess, I really am happy for you."

"So when do you think you and Edward are going to do it?"

   "Huh? Do what?"

She stiffled a laugh, "Do It."
I could feel heat rising to my cheeks and nervously glanced around the room. "I dont know, things arent really like that."

"What do you mean?" She asked, looking confused.

"I don't think it will be like that until we're married. He's really strict about it." I said, looking down and adding more notes. I dont even know why I'm telling her. She doesnt understand.

"Strict? He's not a teacher or your dad. I dont see the problem.."

My eyes narrowed slightly as she dissed him, and she put her hands up in innocence.

"Im just saying, dont you feel like youre missing out on anything what with him being like that?"

"Not really. I wouldn't change him one bit, and if thats what he prefers then I'll take it wholeheartedly as long as it means I can still have him."
