The doctors told me that they were keeping JC for at least a week just tonne safe.
The fact that they weren't completely sure about JC living made me anxious.
Even though I could do nothing to stop him from ending I still felt like I couldn't leave his side.
He was frequently opening his eyes and closing them, sometimes saying cute small things to me.

This time he opened his eyes completely.
They were puffy and red.
"JC what happened to your eyes?" I ask him.

"Don't think of me as a woos, but I'm in serious pain. I might cry."

"I would never think of you as a woos."

"I love you, I'm hungry." He sighs.
Its the first I've heard that in a whole day. That made me really happy that he wanted food.

"I can run down to the food quart." I offer and he nods.
I pick what he's aloud to eat out and bring it back up to him.
He eats a couple bites, then pushes his tray away.

"Full?" I ask.

He closes his eyes and rolls over falling back asleep.
I sigh and welcome Kian and Tayler in.

Kian was practically broken. I've never seen him this upset.

I could tell he felt almost as bad as me.
He hugs me, not romantically but supportively. Tayler knew we had nothing for each other and never would and Kian and I knew the same thing.

He cries on my shoulder and I rub his back.
Tayler sits and watches with glassy eyes.
She love's JC but not as much as Kian and I. Tayler and him didn't have a huge friendship, she's known him as long as I have but they've barley ever talked.

"He's going to be fine." I tell Kian. I didn't know if I was lying and it tripped me out.

He nods and runs back over to Tayler and she runs her fingers through his hair. She looks traumatized.

JC squinted his eyes. "Can you get a doctor?" He says in a faint voice, he cough's.

I nod and press the button on the remote for him since his arms were weak from all of the needles.

Doctors coming running upstairs.
"What's the situation?" One of them asks.

"Can I have meds or anything, I feel bad." He says with his eyes closed.
His machine running slower.

"I'm sorry man you can't take to many of those meds. I can give you a less stronger kind."

He nods. "Thank you."

He turns his hear slowly at me and keeps his eyes half way open.
"Rosie you can go home if you want, you must be very uncomfortable." He was right, I was. The chairs were so hard on me and my back but for sure I wasn't leaving until he did.

I shake my head no.
"I'm not leaving you."

He smiles. "I'm not leaving you either."

Kian sobs and JC looks up at him for a second.
"I'm going to be fine man, calm down."

"JC I love you man." Kian says wiping tears from the creases of his eyes.

"I love you too kian, but I'm not going anywhere." He closes his eyes again as if he couldn't hold them open.

As he closed his eyes a tear slipped out and a frown appeared on his face.
The nurses finally return with pain killers and give them to him.

The doctors thought he was well enough to sit up soon and needed to in order to continue the fluids running down his body too.
They come in and help him sit up.
"Poor baby." I frown at him.

"It's okay princess'a keep that smile."

I force one that was obviously fake.
How could I smile when there was no reason to.
