A/N : above picture is Jenevieve.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *A another flash of heat and cold passed through Cy in the middle of class.
Not again, she thought. Please, not again, not now, and definitely not here. She clenched her head and tried to keep her head down as she scanned her science book. She shook her leg up and down, trying to get the jitters out of her.
Jenevieve shifted in her seat when she saw Cy's discomfort over her. "Hey Cy, you alright?" she whispered leaning over.
Cy slightly nodded her head.
"Uh," Jen scoffed. "No your not. Are you having that headache thing again?"
Cy hesitated before she nodded her head.
After a full minute, Jen noticed that Cy was still in pain. When she couldn't take it anymore she pushed herself out of her seat and was rewarded by an awful screech–the class was noisy anyway so nobody would have heard it. She stormed over to Mr. Drake's desk.
She came back with two blue, wooden bathroom passes and slipped them into her back pocket. She grabbed Cy's wrist and pulled her up as they both stormed out of the classroom.
Jen held Cy with an arm wrapped over her shoulders and half-dragged, half-carried Cy down the hallway, to a ladies room. Jen kicked open the bathroom door and pushed Cy in along with her and set her up against the wall.
"Cy, is it just your head?" Jen asked as she helped Cy slip down the wall to the floor.
Cy shook her head making her dark waves of red jump back know and forth.
"What else hurts?" Jen squeezed Cy alitte tighter. Her heart and eyes racing with concern and worry.
Cy pointed to her eyes with a hand, and went back to clenching her head.
Jen's eyed immediately hit realization, and she quickly pulled out her phone. "Hold on, I have to text Nick real quick."
Jen said as she held on to Cy's shoulder, while she texted with the other hand.
*Bleep*
Cy breathed in and out as the pain kicked her mind and eyes. She brought her knees to her chest, for pressure, trying to distract herself off the pain in her head, but it made it harder to breathe. She didn't want to push Jen away but she didn't want her to see her like this.
A second later Nick came bursting into the bathroom carrying a small silver and gold bottle and his phone Cy also caught sight of a white pencil in his hand.
"I have it!" he said handing Jen the bottle.
"Thanks for coming so fast." Jen rushed to him and took the bottle. She gave him a quick smile with worry then rushed back to Cy.
"Hey, Cy. Cyrene look at me. Look at me please. Cyrene!" Jen said trying to get her friend to look up at her but she kept brushing her hand away. "Cy! Look at me. You need to drink this. I swear on the heavens this is going to make it better," Jen said, forcibly grabbing Cy's chin and bringing it up.
Sweat of heat and cold started trickling down Cy. Her eyes were squeezed shut and it took so much strength out of her to try to get them back open.
Jen brushed back the wet hair that stuck to Cy's face as Cy finally got a sliver of her eyes open. They sparkled with tears and glimmered white light.
"Yes that's it. Now please just drink. It's going to help I promise." Jen looked even more scared and worried as Nick was behind her nervously pacing back and forth, running is hands through his hair.
