Bucky likes to watch the stars. It helps him get parts of his old life back.
No one knows, except for Steve, and you of course. You've noticed him slipping away when everyone is busy, and it's usually followed by a long sad sigh from Steve.
Steve never follows him. But today you decide to.
'Hey there, Bucky.' You call softly. You've come fully prepared with blankets and food.
'Hi (Y/n). What are you doing here?'
'I'm hungry.' You toss him something from the bag of food
'Is this a plum?'
'What? Steve told me you like 'em.' You shrug and bite into one yourself.
He scooches to the blanket you're sitting on and stares up at the sky.
'Thanks (Y/n).' He smiles.
'No problem,Buck.'
