'I'm home!' You shouted as you slammed the door to your apartment. You had just returned from a mission with the Avengers, and you were really looking forward to having a good, long rest.
'I heard you slam the door, Lady (Y/n).' Your boyfriend, Loki, reminded you. He gave you a long kiss. When you pulled away, he smiled.' I missed you.'
'Yeah, I know. I'm quite missable.' You walked into the kitchen to make a cup of coffee.'And Loki,please stop calling me 'lady'. People on Earth don't call their girlfriends lady.'
'As you wish, my lady.' He chuckled.
You gave a loud groan.
While you put the coffee grounds in the disposal, you felt his arms wrap around you from behind.' I have planned an evening of what you call 'romance' to celebrate your return,' he whispered in your ear,' I hope you find it quite enjoyable.'
You looked up at him.' I'm sure I will. But, can I take a shower first? I really want to get the mission off me.'
Loki grinned.' Of course, milady.'
You playfully shoved him and went into the bathroom to take a shower. When you closed the door,you heard Loki's voice on the other side.
'May I join you?'
Your eyes widened.' Heck no.' You heard him laugh and walk away.
After taking a shower, you walked out to find Loki slumped on the couch. You walked up from behind him. His hands held an open book.
'Loki...' You trailed off. He was fast asleep.
'Yeesh, how long was my shower?' You whispered to yourself.'Never mind.'
You eased him slowly so that he was lying on the couch. You fetched a blanket from your room and draped it over him.
He smiled in his sleep.
You kissed his forehead and walked to your room.
'Sweet dreams, Loki.'
