The final bell rings and I run out of my class to my locker. I fiddle with my lock; I still haven't remembered my combination so I am reading the numbers I wrote on my hand while frantically trying to unlock it. I have to meet Aaron, I don't want him to think I ditched him. My thoughts are immediately interrupted as I feel someone's hand rest on my shoulder and another hand reach down to my lock.

"Let me see this combination," Aaron looks down at me and smiles. I show him my hand where I had written the combination in sharpee and he giggles and begins to calmly unlock my locker. He opens it and I look at him in awe.

"Pssst I could've done that, I was just in a hurry to-" I trail off as I shove my books into my bag. "Never mind." I shut my locker one last time and smile up to him. "So uh, what did you want to tell me?" His face immediately grows scared and he grabs my hand and leads me outside.

"We can't talk about it in school, just come with me." I blindly follow him. He leads me out of the school and past the school yard. Once we get on the sidewalk he lets out a huge breath.

"What's wrong?" I turn to him looking into his eyes.

He slowly reaches into his bag and pulls out a slip of paper, "This was in my locker this morning." He hands me the paper and my hands begin to shake as I read what is scratched on it.

"Get rid of your girl or i'll get rid of her for you, don't believe me? Find out for yourself.
Yours Truly, T"

"What does this mean? Is this why you didn't sit with Hali and I at lunch today? Aaron, you can't let this tear us apart." I start to get angry, not at Aaron, but at this 'T' person.

"I'm sorry. I'm just worried; I've learned over time not to underestimate what 'T' can do." He looks down and begins to look uneasy.

I walk over to him and grab his hands. He looks down to me and I look up into his eyes. "Aaron, don't worry about me, okay? I don't want this to ruin anything between us. What can they possibly do to 'get rid of me'?" I laugh to try and ease his tension.

"I won't let anything happen to you." He leans in close to me and places his lips on mine. His hands slide out from mine and land on my waste, pulling my body in closer to his. Fireworks go off in my head as I shut my eyes and rest my arms around his neck.

I slowly break away and look up into his eyes, his beautiful, deep blue eyes. God, I've been wanting to kiss that kid for over 3 years.

"Aren't I coming to some dinner thing at your house tomorrow?" He changes the subject so easily, making me laugh. And then I remember what my mom told me this morning.

"Oh my god!" I break away from his embrace and reach down to grab my bag on the sidewalk. "Yes, the dinner is tomorrow and I'm supposed to be home early helping my mom get ready." I look over at him and he just stands there, "You coming or what?" I glance over at him and smile.

"You're cute when you're stressed." He picks up his bag and jogs in front of me, blocking my way, "Hop on."

"Aaron I'm gonna crush you."

"No I'm serious, get on my back, it's faster," he giggles and I hop on his back. "You're as light as a feather." As soon as he says that he sprints forward.

"Aaron," I continue to laugh, "Aaron, slow down I'm gonna fall!" I have my arms hugged tightly around his neck, tighter than ever.
