Chapter 9

Kain POV

Carrying Crystanya upstairs I took a look into her emerald green eyes. I watched as she took in every feature of my face, stopping a little longer on my lips. Leaning down slightly I quickly brushed her lips with mine making my wolf growl with need. A soft sigh escaped her lips making me stop. I wanted this to be perfect for her, I wanted her to need this as much as I did. Sighing with a small smile on my lips I watched as her hair, the color of flames, bobbed softly in rhythm to my steps up the stairs. I continued on to my room and laid her softly on the bed. Laying next to her I cupped her face with my hands and stared into her eyes, getting lost in them.

"Kain, please." She whispered and laid her hands on my chest. I could feel the electricity pulse through me and enjoyed every second of it.

"Don't speak." I said softly, and with that I took her mouth with mine.

As she molded her body to mine I flicked my tongue across her bottom lip, causing a slight sigh to come from her. I immediately sought her tongue out with mine, deepening the kiss until I felt her hands snake their way into my hair. Groaning I removed my mouth from hers and trailed a line of kisses down her jaw and neck stopping at the soft crook of her neck. I could feel my canines elongate, my wolf wanting to mark our mate immediately, but I stopped myself from biting her. Pulling myself away from her a fraction I hooked my fingers under the soft fabric of her shirt and removed it. I then continue with the rest of her clothing as well as mine.

She shivered slightly causing me to stare at her with worry. Was I moving too fast? I wondered. She must have read the worry in my eyes making her crush her lips to mine, transferring all the want and need in her too me. We groaned in unison as I moved to lay between her legs. I know she could feel my manhood when she slightly grinded her lips against me. Moaning louder I broke away from the kiss and moved down her body until I reached her perfect breasts. Looking at her face I watched as she bit her lower lip her eyes closed, trying unsuccessfully to silence a moan. Smirking evilly, I reclaimed her mouth as she began to beg for me to take her. Lifting myself off her I laid myself beside her and rolled her into my chest, wrapping my arms around her lovingly. Crystanya smiled softly at me and closed her eyes, sighing. Kissing the top of her head I laid there, holding her while she slept the happiest I had been in months.

Crystanya POV

I woke up in Kains arms and sighed content. Hearing a soft chuckle I looked up at his blue eyes expectantly. My wolf was jumping with excitement at the tender spot on my shoulder. He had marked me I realized making me break out into a wide grin. I was his.

"Hello love, did you sleep well?" He asked his voice causing shivers to run across my body.

"It was all right." I said shrugging my shoulders, trying to keep a straight face.

"Alright?" He said haughtily, pretending to be hurt. "And to think I thought you were in heaven."

Laughing louder than I ever had before I pulled my self away and began to put my clothes back on. Taking a longing look at his muscled body, amazing six pack, and gorgeous legs I threw his boxers at him trying to hint he should do the same. Instead he stood up and pulled me back to the bed, nuzzling into my neck and growling softly.

"Did I say anything about getting out of bed?" He asked a little put off by me getting up.

"No baby," I said kissing him softly. "But I have to go home and help my mother with dinner for the pack meeting." I explained.

Groaning he let go and began to get dressed, mumbling something about timing and so forth. Chuckling quietly I walked into his attached bathroom shutting the door behind me. Quickly turning on the shower I undressed again and stepped under the hot water allowing my mind to wander back to the events of today. Stiffening slightly I remembered Drew. Shit how was I going to explain this to him? Hi, sorry about what happened but my mate came back? Damn I was going to have to figure this out and soon.

Feeling all the calming effects of the shower wearing off I turned off the water and stepped out. I got dressed quickly and left the bathroom, finding Kain laying on his bed with his arm over his eyes. Smiling at my handsome mate I sat down beside him and began to softly drag my fingers down his arm. Moaning slightly he moved his arm and looked at me with lust filled eyes. Smiling even bigger I leaned down to quickly kiss him, surprised as he claimed my mouth deepening the kiss. When he finally pulled away from me I was panting, and wanting more.

"Tease." I mumbled under my breath making him chuckle again.

"Only for you." He said grinning evilly.

"Oh, I know Kain. I got to go now, really." I said as Kain looked at me skeptically.

"I'll see you later then?" He asked trying to look composed but failing miserably.

"I promise." I stated giving him a quick kiss and walking out the door, a silly smile plastered to my face.

I know its short but Im tired lol. Chasing after my 3 yr old all day is tiring lol. Wanted this to just be Kain and Crstanya mating. Story will be getting interesting again soon.
