Six:
When I woke up the next day, it was around nine to ten. I buried my face under my blanket. I could tell it was going to be cold all day and night.
I got up and pulled on a pair of black skinny jeans with a Misfits tee shirt. I pulled on my shoes after it, a Tap-out SnapBack, and walked down to the kitchen to get some food. I would finish rest later on in my life.
I ate a bowl of cereal with my headphones in, sitting on the couch. I had my music up loud and I munched thoughtfully on my spoonfuls of Cheerios. I stared out the window beside the TV. It was grey out, and probably cold. Shaking my head, I flipped the TV on and pulled out my headphones.
After I finished my cereal, I put my bowl in the sink and went into the bathroom to finish getting ready. Then I put my dogs on their leashes, grabbed up my earphones and left a note for my mom telling her I was taking the dogs for a walk. Turning my music back on, I put my earphones in and slipped out the front door with my dogs, and turned down the sidewalk to start their walk.
Slipping my arms into my zip up hoodie I had brought with me, I put the dogs leashes in one hand that had a fingerless black glove on it and shoved the other hand into my hoodie pocket. Rolling my shoulders, I turned my music up as loud as it would go and continued walking around the corner.
I looked down the road before I crossed it. Then I kept walking. I was walking down the sidewalk towards the park when I saw someone in their front yard. It wasn't just because it was a random person I saw it was someone I knew.
I looked over to see Andy sitting on his porch step with his earphones in, tossing a ball around to a little dog. He was wearing that black zip up hoodie with white zipper again, and had on black skinny jeans with a grey tee shirt. And he had a black rosary hanging from his neck. He had one lip ring in. It was a black ring with a joint ball.
I wasn't trying to catch his attention by standing there, but he must have noticed me by my dogs, who were getting all giddy and nervous over the small dog.
Andy looked up at me and smiled, then smirked after giving one short wave. I gave one wave back and almost turned around to keep walking, but I had pulled one head phone out and heard Andy call my name. I turned to look at him.
"Get your ass over here," he said teasingly laughing.
I laughed with him and walked back over, and sat on his porch with him. I let my dogs play with the little dog.
"So what's up?" I asked. He shrugged and messed with his hair with his left hand.
"Eh. Sitting out here with Minnie," he told me, gesturing to his dog.
"She's cute," I said. His dog jumped into his lap. He scratched between her ears. I reached over and rubbed under her chin.
"Yeah, but she's a little demon," he said chuckling. He kissed the dog on the top of her head before she jumped down and ran after my dogs.
"Excited for tonight?" Andy asked, nudging me with his shoulder. I laughed and nudged him back. Then, heisantly, rested my head on his shoulder. He wrapped an arm around me almost instantly.
"Yeah. Can we see that new paranormal ghost movie?" I asked. Andy rubbed my back with his hand before I sat up.
"Yes! Defiantly," he smiled at me and my heart almost melted. He had a pretty smile.
We sat there together for a while and talked about random things. Then, my dogs came up to me, begging to go to the park. Well, they didn't say it, but they implied it. I got up and put the leashes back on my dog, telling Andy I was taking them to the park.
