Seven:

I slowly opened my eyes and rested my head back on my pillow, reaching for my other pillow. But realized I had thrown it on the floor. I would have grabbed it but it seemed to far at the time. I found my phone and pushed the home button, checking the time. Six o' clock. Too early. Then I realized I had gotten a text. From Andy, of course. Who else would text me this early on a Sunday?

Heyy. I'm bored and tired. I smiled and sent a text back.

Well course ur tired. it's too early to be right now on a Sunday.

Lol yeah I know. Just wondering if u wanted to hang out today.

Sure. Ur place?

Yeah

Ok cool

See u then

See u

After that I fell back asleep for another few hours before getting back up. I looked out my window at the street. The sun was coming out, slowly, and very light but you could tell it was going to be a partly-sunny day. But it would still be cold.

I got up and walked to the bathroom, taking a shower and washing my hair before drying off and brushing my teeth.

I walked back to my room and got dressed, pulling on a pair of skinny jeans and a random tee shirt, then pulled my shoes on after it. I went back to the bathroom to finish getting ready then I slipped on my hoodie and zipped it up partly, then pulled on my Tap Out SnapBack.

I sprinted to the kitchen and grabbed a granola bar before leaving a note for my mom telling her I was going out to the store then to a friends. Pushing my wallet into my back pokey and hooking the chain to my jeans, and threw away my granola wrapper and walked out the front door, putting my headphones in.

Walking out side, I roles my sleeves up on my jacket and pulled my hood down, fixing my hat. The rare sun streaks that landed on my felt good, especially in the cold weather. I looked down the street before crossing it and turning the corner to walk to Andy's.

When I reached his house I walked up to the porch and knocked on the door. After a few seconds, Andy answered. He looked at me and smiled before unexpectedly picked me up and pulled me into a ridiculous hug, pulling me inside.

"I missed you!" he exclaimed. I laughed and poked him.

"I missed you, too," I laughed. He chuckled and put me down, messing with his hair. He had in both lip rings today, but black loops instead of studs.

"What do you wanna do?" he asked, rubbing the back of his neck. I shrugged and took off my zip up hoodie.

"I don't really mind," I said, leaning against the door frame. He smiled at me.

"Movie?" he prodded. I smiled at him.

"Movie!"

We sat in his living room. I sat on the couch but laid across it, my legs taking up the rest of the space. Andy turned around to come sit down by me but then stopped and stared at me with a crooked smile.

"You going to sit down?" I asked. He looked at me and gestured at my legs.

I pulled an innocent face. "What?"

He shrugged, then said, "I'm just going to sit on you, then."

Before I could protest he came over and sat in my lap. I laughed and attempted pushing him off but that wasn't working. I grunted and laid back down.

"Andy," I whined, exasperated. He laughed and got off of my lap, crouching on the floor in front of my, folding his arms on the couch beside me. I looked at him, he looked back, his bright eyes mystifying.
