"Sit down." He said with a hard voice and me and Mercy exchanged glances. "Now."
"Or what?" I asked but Mercy swatted the back of my head. "Ow!"
"Just sit down, Vivian." She said as she sat herself on the bed she woke up in.
"But-" I started and she raised an eyebrow at me.
"Didn't you say you weren't a child?" She said, stopping me from saying any more.
"Fine!" I said as I crossed my arms and sat next to her.
"The over entitled people of Overwatch..." The man said as he pulled a chair up so he could sit closer to us. "Why I've let you live is a mystery."
The woman gave him a look that he did not notice.
"But we're still alive." Mercy said. She seemed to want to do most of the talking. "Maybe I should ask you who you are..."
"Well I know who you are." He said as he pointed to her. "Angela Ziegler. The medic that I thought hated war."
"I do." She said with a frown. "But lives needed to be saved..."
"If you just let them kill each other off, less civilians would die." He said and I could see the mixed emotions on her face. He was trying to get to her and was doing a great job of it.
"Or we can step in now and save as many lives as we can." I cut in as I crossed my arms and gave him a skeptical look.
"Now you're new to the group..." He said as he turned his attention to me. "Aren't you a bit young-"
"I swear if you finish that sentence I'll blow a fuse!" I said as my expression contorted to one of rage. "I'm twenty two! I've been an adult for some time now."
He looked at me for a moment before pointing at me with a gloved hand. "Now I know why I've left you alive. Vivian, right?"
"Well there really isn't anything else for you to call me." I said as I took a breath.
"You did something to attract them." He pointed to Mercy. "What was it?"
"A mistake." I said with a frown. At this point I felt like I should be in hiding somewhere... Guess this is as close as I'm going to get.
"Do I really have to force it out of you?" He said as he tilted his head.
"Do you really think you can get it out of me?" I came back with and he jumped out of his chair and lunged at me.
"Oh shit!" I said as I rolled off the bed to avoid him. He grabbed me by my foot and yanked me off the ground. "Uh..." I went as I hung upside down.
"Well?" He said as he grabbed me by the collar of my shirt and flipped me so I was right side up.
"Nope." I said as I shoot my arms up and grabbed his throat. I let off a charge but he didn't do anything. "What the fuck?" I said with a panicked voice.
"Two can play at that game girl." He said and I felt power suddenly course through me.
"OVERLOAD." My interface went and I gained a smug grin.
He gave me a confused look and I chuckled. "I hope nothing in here is explosive." I said and he dropped me and tried to get away.
"What's this?" I said as I zipped in front of him. "Are you scared?" Count down on 4... I grabbed his wrist. "You could take the shock before..." Now 3...
"Alma!" He shouted and I followed my gaze to the woman. 2..
"Oh she'll be fine." I said as I looked at him. If only I could see his eyes behind those sunglasses. 1.
