How we got here I can not explain. But I can say I had the time to rebuild my helmet and made it so it was part of my system now.

What I can tell you now is that I stand in a dark corner of my old high school as a former class mate takes the stage of our auditorium. They seem to not notice that I am here. How usual of them.

"In the few short years we have been gone," The woman starts and I struggle to put a name to her beyond that cheerleader bitch. "We have already lost many close friends."

So we've reached that point in the reunion. She went on to list people, a few names I recognized as dear friends and former band mates. Yet not mine...

"And that leaves us with the first of us to leave this earth." She said and I looked towards her. "Vivian Braddock." I watched the faces in the crowd. A few knew the name and I could see their saddened expressions. Most looked confused.

"Vivian went missing only a month after we graduated. She was an honored member of our band, leading them to many great achievements as drum major her senior year."

Man I miss those days...

The woman took a deep breath. "It is hard to say that such a close friend of mine is gone..."

Friend? I am not her friend! She did everything she could to mess our band up, all to get to me. What I did I'll never know.

"Vivian!" A familiar voice said and I turned to find Pharah standing next to me. "What are you doing?"

"Reliving the good time in my life." I mutter as I listen with a morbid fascination. It's amazing what people would say when someone dies.

"We have to go."

"Why?"

"The UN is after us. They want us arrested and put on trail for international crimes." She took a breath. "Vivian they almost got us after you ran off."

"Didn't you think there was a chance I was clear and now I'm back on their damn radar?"

"They're after everyone, Vivian! Overwatch, Talon, Vishkar, and even that Omnic Rights group we crashed into. You would be caught eventually."

"More like now." A man said and we both looked over to see a man in uniform. "Who would have thought I'd get two of my targets at my high school reunion?"

"What have you become?" I said to him but he only chuckled.

"I was going to ask you the same question." He walked past me, gabbing my arm. "Don't let the other one move from that spot." And with that, he dragged me down the aisle to the stage.

"When I took the job to catch Overwatch and organizations like them," He said as he gripped my arm. I'll let him have his fun. "I never thought it would be this easy. And to think our very own Vivian Braddock became one of them!"

"That's a recant event." I said as I pulled my arm away. "Look just step away now. We wouldn't want our class mates to get hurt."

"Is that a threat?" He said as I glanced at the two uniformed men that pointed guns at my back.

"I've changed in the past three years, Braxton." I said and he tilted his head.

"Really? You look exactly the same."

"That's just a side effect." I said as I reached up and turned the interface on. The helmet wrapped around my head, leaving only the bottom half of my face exposed. "I'll be seeing you later."

"Kill them!" He shouted to his men as I turned on my heels and started to run towards the men after Pharah.

I felt the bullets hit my back like the sting of the words they used to pelt me with.
