Hide Your Love Away: book two

Chapter 2

(George)

"Come on Boys! Time for filming....Everyone up!" John yells opening my door. "Come on you two... get up, get showered, get dressed." He leaves the doorway and goes to the next room. 

"Ugh... I don't ever want to move from this spot."Lucy says berrying her head into my chest. "But I get to watch you film. I'm excited to see how the magic happens, you know...I used to want to be an actress? Then I got into writing." She says rolling out from under the covers in her nightgown. 

"I don't want to leave either. Just warning you now the way we film isn't the same as those big Hollywood movies. They kind of give us a direction and we do whatever, we are rarely serious with this kind of thing." I say walking towards my bathroom. "want to take a shower?" She giggles and pulls me into the bathroom.

"Alright boys, you all are simply walk into your doors and then Paul you wave our the door to the elderly women across the street. Then George we will have you go to the man in your part of the apartment and have him'mow the lawn', Ringo start messing with tour machines, John goes to the bookcase and spins it around grabbing his book, and Paul you will go into the back door and we will take you to the piano. Any Questions?" 

"No sir Director sir!" 

"Alright kiddos let's sit back and see if the boys can mess this on up." The director says to Lucy, Anna, and Dylan.  We film this scene about five times before the director is pleased with it. Then we film about three other scenes. "Alright boys, we made good progress today. I think it's safe to take a break for the night."

Paul Jumps over one of the beds on set and runs to the nearest phone, "Can I make a long distance call from here?"

Brian comes into the room to check on us, "Yeah Paul go ahead. Tell Pru hi for me." He smiles with his big round cheeks and starts dialing the hospital. "That's going to cost us..." Brian sighs. "I hope she's okay." He says coming over to me and the other boys. "How are you're special people."

"I want to marry Dylan Brian.  I really Do." Ringo says taking a smoke. 

"Yeah Ringo... I know. One Day..." Brian says taking the cigarette. "What about you George?" 

"Lucy's great...my little sunflower." I smile around my cigarette. "We kind of live in our own little world. It's magic every time I look into her eyes... like a kaleidoscope." 

"The girl with kaleidoscope eyes eh... we never see you guys out of your room. But we can sure hear you." I take a puff of the cigarette and blow it into ringo's face. He does it back and Brian just laughs at us. 

"I'm glad to see you all are still getting along. Fame, money, girls... none of it has gotten to you."

"Yeah... were you really doubting us?" John asks, Brian shakes his head and stands up. Paul comes over and lays on top of all of us, his head in Johns lap. "What's going on mate?"

"She's in a lot of pain. She's coming out this weekend still...at least that's what she's planning." My heart brakes for my big brother and his girl. Things never have been easy for the two but they are fighting and it really inspires me. 

"you all need a vacation. A real one. In a week or two we're taking the filming to the Bahamas. Maybe we can arrange for you to stay there for a while. It would be good for all of you." WE all smile with excitement. "Austria will be nice, so will Scotland, I hope pru will be up to traveling with you."

"She should be okay.  It will be a change of scenery from american cities and hotel rooms...and her hotel bed." Paul smiles sitting up and taking a smoke. "I should quit smoking... I am going to be a dad after all." 

I zone out from my friends banter and stare at my girl across the room. The world's colors get brighter and my stomach fills with butterflies, going crazy at the sight of such a beautiful bird. "I really love her boys. I can't breathe around her and I always want to be right next to her." The boys all look at me with wide eyes, they smile and then pile on top of me laughing.
