Hide Your Love Away: book two

Chapter 10

(George)

I haven't really talked to Lucy since she found me in the bathroom. She'll smile at me and tell me good morning with a kiss and then she'll go do random little things around the house to avoid me.  We finished all of our London filming and we're packing to go to Austria on the train for some filming there. That will take us  three days, then to Scotland for three days, and off to the Bahamas. "Sunflower I need to talk to you." I say watching her pack. "Please love." 

She turns to me with a smile. "What is it George?"

"That wasn't my first time in that situation. You've been distant and I want to talk about this. I don't want it to ruin how you think of me." 

"I don't think of you any differently." She smiles and goes back to packing, "But I can't talk to you because you didn't talk to me. I don't know what to say to you Georgie.... It breaks my heart that you would do something like that." I walk over and put my chin on her shoulder with my arms around her. "I understand your heart was breaking but you should have talked to me."

"I know love. I'll talk to you from now on I promise you. I don't want to do that again. I need to fight for myself...and for you." She turns around and kisses me. "I love you sunflower."

"I love you Georgie Porgie."

We've arrived in Austria. It's very cold and white here. The director told us to just have fun and ski while they film us for the song 'ticket to ride'. I'm embarrassed to say the number of times I've fallen flat on my ass. 

"George!"Lucy screams  going down the hill. I  go after her but obviously fall on my butt...again. She starts Laughing and falls in the process. I crawl over to her and she throws snow in my face. "I love you..." 

Everyone get's out of their skis and we have a snowball fight until the director yells at us and tells us what else we need to film. "Okay, we'll finish ticket to ride tomorrow. Right now we can film the scientist-bomb scene, tonight we'll film the fire scene and then we'll be done. A day early you all are making great progress." 

For this next scene all We have to do is play a game of curling and wait for the smoking one and we all yell about the thingy getting Ringo out of the way. We only have one time to film this scene because the bomb blows a hole in the ice. 

Once that scenes over we go back to hanging out with our girls. I look over and see Lucy on the ground coughing and out of breath, "Help!" Pru calls and we all rush over. I Look at my girl crying and coughing. 

"I...can't...breathe." 

"What happened!?"  I say picking up Lucy. We start rushing over to the medical center.

"I don't know George...she just started coughing. She said her chest felt tight so we were going to sit down in the cabin and then she..." Pru starts crying and I feel Lucy's body go week in my arms.

"No way sunflower...stay with me love." We lay her down on a little exam table and the nurse asks all of us to leave. Brian rushes over to us and I just start crying, feeling like it's my fault for not keeping a better eye on her.
