(John)

We're filming the last bit of our movie in Scotland. We just had a break and jammed out with Dylan playing the drums, everything feels right in this moment. I look at my starfish and smile, she walks over to the little piano and starts playing, I walk over to her with my guitar in hand. "I didn't know you played..." She starts playing one of our first songs.  "A taste of honey. Tasting much sweeter than wine..." I sing slow as she plays the cords on the piano. "I dream of your first kiss, and then I feel upon my lips again. A taste of honey, Tasting much sweeter than wine. I will return, yes I will return, I'll come back for the honey and you."

"I love hearing you sing John. This song has always been one of my favorites." She keeps playing little tunes, I watch her fingers move along the keys like she's not even thinking about it. "I've always preferred your slower songs."   She says playing a song I haven't heard.

"Did you write that?" I ask her. She stops playing and smiles at me.

"I never write any of it down. I'll just start playing and my hands will do something totally different than what I started." The director calls for us to set up for the next song so she goes back to the other girls. We film the song a couple of times and then finish the rest of the bomb-tank-chase whatever scene.

"I'm proud of you boys. You've gotten so much done in the past couple of weeks. You really deserve this upcoming vacation." Brian says as we pick hay out of each others hair. from jumping into the bale at the end of the last scene. "we only have a bit left to film boys...This movies going to be a hit I can tell you that now."

"I'm glad Brian, do our girls get to me in it anymore?" George asks.

"Yeah... the last song we're filming has them set as extras. Now get some rest, we have an early flight tomorrow."

I wake up early with my birds head on my chest. We aren't like the other couples.... I mean we don't have sex every night. We haven't done it once and I don't mind. Everything about her is so beautiful I don't want her to feel like we have to. "Starfish... we better get ready for the plane trip." She looks up at me with tired droopy eyes, making me think of Paul and I laugh. "Come on love. Off to the Bahamas today, I have me swimsuit all ready. We get to see another part of  the ocean love."

She smiles and jumps out of bed. "I can't wait." She sighs, "I've missed the sea salt air, the sand, swimming." She smiles sadly at me. "I mean traveling with you has been like a dream but I just need to reconnect with the water you know? I feel like I'm loosing touch with myself you know? I love you John I really do I just..."

"I understand love. I've noticed you've been a little down. I promise after this I will take you to every beach in the world. I want to watch you pick up shells and sand dollars." She jumps on top of me and kisses me lightly. "I'll help you stay connected and happy if I prune up permanently from all the swimming." She laughs and we finish packing before heading to the airport.
