Chapter 11: The meeting from hell.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

(*******Devan's POV*****)

Nyela & I were talking about her night with Keaton when I got a text from the producer.

He said that we needed to have a meeting ASAP. I went to call him but he didn't answer. I wasn't going to give up though! I tried a second time and he answered. He seemed angry and tense?

Producer: Devan! We need to meet now! We have something to discuss right away!

Me: Um is everything okay!?

Producer: No everything is not okay meet me at 739 Sycamore street around 3:30.

Me: 3:30!? that's in an hour!

Producer:I Want to see you there!

All of a sudden the phone line went dead and i knew something felt terribly wrong. Nyela and I looked at each other for a second and began to discuss whats happening.

Me: Dude wtf is his problem?

Nyela :I have no idea! He best calm down doe!

Me: well... I guess we should get some jeans and a t-shirt on. This sounds important.

Nyela and I walked up stairs and started to get dressed. We weren't going all cute and stuff because well.... no one has time for that junk! We just wanted to get this meeting over with. We walked down stairs and informed my uncle about this meeting, but didn't really give him any details. We got in the car and started to drive away from the beach house. It was around 3:15 when we got on Sycamore Street. Every single house looked like a mansion, it was insane!

Nyela: Oh wow! These houses are the shit! I wonder who lives here!

Me: Probably famous people! I mean hell they can afford anything.

Nyela: Omg Devan turn that's his house!

I quickly turned into a drive way. I also about took out his mailbox in the process. he had a huge three story house with a fountain in front. The house was white with dark blue shutters. There were two cars already in his drive way and one looked awkwardly familiar. I put the car in park and took the keys out of the ignition. The car with familiar qualities was dark blue and had a pink license plate. I swear I had seen it before, but i'm not sure where.

Me: Nyela? Does that care look familiar to you?

Nyela: No, why?

Me: I don't know. I just feel like i have seen it before that's all.

Nyela: well.. I've never seen that car in my life!

Me: Werid? I guess I'm just being crazy!

As we were talking the door to the house opened and out walked our producer. He motioned to us to come in the house. My legs felt heavy and I dragged my feet the whole way. Nyela and I slowly got out and walked to the front steps.

When we were in the house I noticed pictures of a little girl hung on the walls. The funiture was all white and I knew that was odd. If you have a little kid running around, you don't have white furniture. Trust me! I have three younger brothers, I know these things! We walked down a long hallway with many doors. At the end of the hall was a spinning staircase, that went up to a second floor. He guided us up the steps and into an office area. The office area was very spacious and had multiple chairs. There were three chairs located closely to his desk. His office looked like an old library with many bookshelves and memorabilia.
