I open my eyes.

To Dana bouncing next to my bed.

"Why?"i ask.

"Come on get up.!"

"Love i was never asleep."

"I know..but..out of bed!"

I sit up.

All the kids knew by now that i wasn't human.

I mean i don't age so yeah.

I stand.

Dana being the baby.

Was well a brat.

That was the way i made her.

I gave her everything she asked for.

"I can't belive Annie's geting married today.!"she yells.

I smile.

"I know."

"Now go so i can get dressed."

"Okay."she bounces out of the room.

I laugh.

I swear the girl has the ever lasting energy of a vampire.

I start geting dressed.

Wow.Annie will be married today.

Oh how time flys.

Ellie has been married three years now.

And has one kid and is five months pregnent.

She has a boy.

Ethan.he's one.

And Nathan.

He really is a good man.

He's been married a year.

And they just had a little girl.

Natilie.

And he's a doctor.

And after today it will just be Dana.

I walk out of my room.

Maria is siting at the table with Annie and Dana.

"Hi!"yells a voice from the door.

Roman and Diana's child.

A girl Dana's age.

Don't ask me how.

But apparently somehow vampires can have babies.

But its not easy.that i know.

"Hey!"Dana yells as Hadden comes in.

I sit down.

"Come sit."Maria tells her.

She does.

"So the wedding is today?"Hadden asked.

"Yeah i can't wait!"Annie says.

I smile.

This is all I've heard about for months.

They start talking but i stop hearning it lost in thought.

It was now after the wedding. The couple had left and everyone was standing around talking.

I stood out of the way.

We're outside and the sun is seting.

Its really pretty.

"Derek Derek. Help please."Hadden says runing to me.

"What whats wrong.!?"

"Its --its--Dana--"she sobbed

"What!what happened!"

"I don't know but shes dying you have to help her!"

"Where is she?"

"Behind the bakery"

"Go get Maria bring her there hurry!"

I then run to where she told me.

Dana was laying there.

Bleeding.

There was so much blood.

I didn't know where it was coming from.

But i think her neck.

I drop down.

And hold her wrist.

She's not dead.

But she will be.

I couldn't help her.

No time.

There was only one thing i could do.

But could i?.

Maria cams runing.

"Is -----she---ok?"she gasped.

"No.i don't think we can help her."

"My baby...no.....we have to do something.!"

"The only thing would be to change her.."

She stears at me.

I know what is runing through her mind.

Even if i couldn't hear her thoughts.

She desides.....
