the calm before the storm

I go into Dana's room.

"Papa who is that guy ?"she asked

She is siting on her bed with Hadden

"Listen love we're going too have too go after that lady okay? . He is going too help us okay?"

"Why do we need him we could do it! "She says

"I'm just trying too keep you safe as i can love"

She sighs

"I know"

"So can you be ready too leave by morning?"i ask

She nodds

"Can i go too?"Hadden asked

"Yes i guess i can't just leave you its not safe"

Shenodds and i walk back into the kitchen where he is still siting steareing off in thought

He doesn't hear me,and i know it a stupid thing too do but i stand still so he won't hear me, i can hear his thoughts

It is harder too hear anither vampires thoughts because they try too keep others out too be safe but i am stronger than he is,i am very strong in my powers.

He is mostly just thinking of how we should do this and i am about too move when his thoughts shift too.

Angelina.

Wait who is Angelina?

I let out a breath.

He jerks around too face me and let's out a warning growl sound i hold my hands up

"Its just me! Sorry i snuck up on you"

He lets out a deep breath

"It is okay, but you should really be more carefull"

"I know,"i say feeling like a child who has done something wrong.

I go sit down

"So think we can do this without dying, again?"i ask

"Yes,just do as i tell you"he says with a small smile at the 'again' part.

Dana comes in the kitchen

"Um.hello"she says

He looks at her

"Hello"he says

"Um this is Dana"i say pointing too her

"Well hello Dana,my name is Gregory"

She giggles

"What is funny?"he asked

"Nothing i just do not hear that name much"

"Dana be nice"i warn

"I am papa"she says and walks back out

I sigh

"Sorry about her,she is...the baby of her family. she gets her way far too much"i say

"It is fine..is she you're child?"

"No my grandchild,it was her mother that girl killed as well as did Dana, and my other friends"

He nodds

"Very sad but we shall find her"

I nodd

"Good.and i am just wondering what kind of deal you had with her"

He sighs

"You do not give up easy do you?"

"No, not once i set my mind too it."

"Yes,well i met her right after you killed her husband or whatever he was,she was still very young,i took her in helped her and she betrayed me,so now she shall pay and that is all you need too know about that"

I nodd

"Okay,"

"Anything else?"he asked

"Yeah,um how old are you?"

"Um..46 since i changed and i was 26 when i was changed"

"Okay,were you married when you were changed?did you have a family?"

"No.and yes"

"Um okay"

"I was not married but i did have two kids,a girl and boy"

"Really?"

"Yes she never wished too married me,"

"That is strange but okay"

"I know,she was a strange lady sometimes"

"Are you kids still alive?"

"N-no.my girl was intill last year,she was killed"

"By the same lady --"

"Yes the one we are finding and killing"

I nodd

So that's why,

"So i know how you feel right now"he says

I nodd

I was pretty surprised he told me so much he didn't seem like someone how shared much.

"Thank you,and i am sorry"i say

He nodds looking off again

"Yes well i will be geting even with her"he says

"Yes,she can't go around doing this"

"Yes,but we need too hurry so we should leave if they are ready"

I nodd

"I will go get them"

I get up and go into her room

"Are you ready love?'i ask

"Yes papa,"

"Hadden?"i say

"Yes"

"Then we are ready"
