Texting

I know that the begining of this chapter seems awful, but it's a really important chapter for this story, so pls read all of it.

H U N T E R

I texted Cameron (Dallas) to get my mind off things.

H- Hunter
C- Cameron

H- what's up tin can

C- idk I'm bored😂

H- have you heard about Alex yet

C- no who's that

H- we adopted a little girl. she's 8

C- wanna know something weird

H- yeah...

C- I had a little sister named Alex but she's not with us anymore. our parents got in a car crash

And that's when everything fell into place. I facetimed Cameron because it was faster than texting.

"CAMERON!!" I screamed when he answered.

"HUNTER!" He screamed back.

Then I started whispering because I didn't want anyone to hear.

"Was her name Alexandra Foxe?"

He turned pale and his eyes opened wider.

"What?" He said.

"Alexandra Foxe. Is that the name of your little sister?" I asked again.

"Yeah, bu-but she's dead. No. That's not her. She died in a car crash with my parents. It has to be someone else." Cam denied.

"It is her! Yesterday, I knew she looked like someone I knew. It was you!" I said, excited.

"Can I see her?" He asked.

"You can't talk to her because I want to surprise her at the magcon event."

"Hunterrr!" He whined, "that's in three weeks! You except me to wait that long? I had been told that she was DEAD! I thought that my whole family died, and I was the only one left! And now you're telling me that my little sister is ALIVE and I can't see her for three weeks?! That's not fair at all."

"You know what? Alex thought that she was the only one left too, and she has lots of experiences running away. If she finds out who you are, she WILL run away from us to try to find you. And she could get seriously hurt doing that." I said.

Cameron looked really sad, so I said, "If you promise not to say anything, I can go into her room, so you can at least see her and hear her voice."

He nodded. "I promise I won't say anything."

I opened my door and walked down the hall into Alex's room. I held my phone at an angle where Cameron could see her.

"Hi," she said.

"Hey, what do you think of going to a magcon event in a few weeks?" I asked.

She smiled and said, "That sounds fun, what do you do?"

"Well, it's a bunch of my friends and we all dance to music on stage, or the singers, like Jacob, Aaron, and a few others, sing. And our friend, Mahogany learns lots of dances with her friends and we all just preform on stage. The vip group can come backstage to meet us and take pictures and just hang out. I think that you would really like it." I said.

(A/N: LOL sorry for the Jacob fans out there, but I don't really consider him a singer. He's more of a screecher😂)

"Okay, cool," said Alex, holding two thumbs up.

I left her room to talk to Cameron again.

He was on the verge of tears.

"Jeez Cam. You're so emotional," I joked.

"Can I tell you my side of what happened?"

I nodded.

"Okay, so I had gotten a concussion from the airbag and I was in the hospital. When I woke up, none of my family was there and I was confused. I could kind of remember something happening in a car. A doctor came in to tell me that all of my family died in a car crash. I was so confused and my mind was fuzzy because I didn't know how to take it. Next thing I knew I was asleep again. I woke up at an orphanage. They told me that a lady named Gina wanted to adopt me. They said that was the shortest time anyone had been there. Gina Dallas, was her name. At the time, I was 15 and I took her last name because I didn't want any reminders of my old family. Then I became Cameron Dallas. The next year, I started making Vines with Nash. Well you know what happened after that, but then today I found out that my dead sister is alive."

"Yeah," I said, smiling.

Guys I'm excited for the way this book is going to turn out!
