When I saw my room, I was so happy. It had been a long time since k had my own room. It looked so nice and I laughed at the shoelace on the wall. I ran up to Hunter and hugged him. He was stiff at first, but hugged back. Then I hugged everyone else.
"Let's order pizza!" Ashton said.
"Okay, what kind of pizza do you like, Alex?" Christine asked.
I didn't answer because I was embarrassed.
"Alex? Are you okay?" She asked.
"Yeah. It's just that..." My voice trailed off. "I've never had pizza before."
Everyone gasped.
"What do you mean, you've never had pizza?!" Hunter asked, clearly surprised.
I shrugged my shoulders and said, "Well Cameron was allergic when I was little and they never gave it out at the orphanage."
"We'll get a kind with all toppings and you can pick off whatever you don't like." Brandon said.
I nodded, and Christine called Pizza Hut and order a large pizza with everything on it.(A/N: I don't want her to call Christine, mom yet. THAT'S WEIRD.)
"Well, we'll leave you alone to unpack a little bit and tomorrow we can go shopping for some new clothes for you." Brandon said.
"Okay," I said, as everyone left the room.
I didn't have much to unpack, but I brought my teddy bear, which was pretty big. I took out all my clothes and placed them in the white dresser that was in my room. I went downstairs and sat on the couch with Hunter. We talked about how life was at the orphanage, and what it was like for him to get famous.
"Umm. I have a question, but you don't have to answer it if you don't want to," Hunter said.
"What is it?" I asked.
"What is your nightmare about?"
I sighed and played with my hands a little bit. I did not like this question.
"Can we go outside and talk about it?" I asked.
"Yeah, let's take a walk."
I got my shoes and we headed out the door, and started walking down the street.
"Well you know about the car crash right?" I asked Hunter, trying to build up the courage to talk about it.
"Yeah," he said.
"Well the nightmare is basically what happened in the car crash over and over." I tried to explain.
Hunter gave me a look that said, 'go on'
"So it was a raining outside. And I mean like pouring. My dad was driving and he couldn't get to the brakes fast enough. We started spinning and spinning and we ended up hitting another car. All I could hear was my mom telling me and Cameron to cover our heads. We obviously did as we were told but it was hard to concentrate. When we finally stopped spinning, I uncovered my head and looked at my surroundings. There was blood all over my mom and her eyes had a faded away look. Her last words were, 'honey, I love you.'"
I couldn't tell the story anymore, but there was so much left. I couldn't stop crying and I soon felt strong arms wrap around me. I looked up to see Hunters eyes misty.
