When Alice Left Wonderland

The Party #4

Me and Kurt played hide and seek for awhile then one of the servants came to tell us the party was about to start
"Let's go Alice" Kurt grabs my hand and we make our way to the ball room my parents and sister are standing outside the door
"Kurt you can go in we will be in there in a few" my father tells Kurt

"Okay sir"  before Kurt let's go of my hand he puts a kiss on my knuckle and gives me a wink and walks into the ball room

"Are you excited" my mother says to me

"Yes very much so" I give them a smile I then hear someone say "announcing the King and Queen"

"See you in there" mother says and they walk in
"Announcing Princess Anna" my sister gives me a small smile and makes her way into the ball room finally I hear "announcing Princess Alice the birthday girl" I then take a deep breath and opened the doors and walk in every eye is on me smiling and clapping I walk over to our long dining table it could easily seat 100 people which it did today my father at the very end and my mother seated on one side of  him and Anna on the other side there was a empty space next to my sister I walk over and sit down beside me is Kurt.
We all start eating there was so many guest seated at the table most of them royals not any kids beside me and Kurt and my sister not that I don't know anyone else my age but these kinds of occasions only royals are invited but they always aloud Kurt to attend since he was my best friend.
Everyone was laughing, smiling having a grand time all of a sudden my father made a motion with his hand and I look over to see a couple of gentlemen bringing in a cake so big I didn't even think it was possible to bake a cake that big and then all at once every single person in the room started singing Happy Birthday to me I make my way to the cake and try to think of something i could wish for I think of something and blow out all of the candles everyone started clapping I walk back over to my seat and sit down my sister leaned over and whispered "what you wish for"

"I can't tell you then It won't come true" I giggle she giggles back

My father stands up every eye turns to him
"My darling Alice I can't believe your already eight time has gone by to quickly I feel like I'm going to blink and you will be all grown up Happy Birthday I love you Alice" he raised his drink and toast to me as does everyone else he takes a drink and smiles at me then frowns and looks like he is going to be sick he starts coughing and spits out blood as does every adult at the table besides my mother who was the only adult not to drink since she hates liquor

"NO NO NO!" My mother shouts trying to grab my father but he drops to the ground I run to his side his eyes were closed

"Father wake up" I start crying shaking him but he doesn't move I hear my sister crying behind me I look up and see all the royals dead as well, I hear commotion outside the door a knight comes rushing in "there's a army coming" he shouts at us

"Come on" mother grabs mine and Anna hand I grab Kurt's hand we all run out of the ball room doors all the Knights are out with there weapons getting ready for a war outside our castle doors it's hard to get past everyone my mother spots the general who is also Kurt's father

"What's going on Mr. Hatter" she asked frantic

"I don't know my Queen the place is being ambushed"

"Just the castle?"

"No all of wonderland I've never seen anything like this"

People are bumping into us I look over and notice Anna is no longer standing beside us
"Where's Anna?" I start looking around
I see tears run down my mother face and she turns to me

"Alice darling you need to run follow Kurt trust no one but Kurt and Mr. Rabbit I'm going to go find your sister"

" I don't understand" I say crying

"Alice I love you" she kisses the top of my head and runs off looking for Anna

"No!" I scream through tears
