We pull up at school
"See you guys inside" Emma tells us quickly and jumps out of the car
"Why is she in such a rush" I ask Simon
"I know you said not to get you anything for your birthday" he smiles shyly
"Simon you didn't have to"
"I wanted to" he pulls out a small box and hands it to me
I start to open it and move the paper to reveal a necklace in a shape of a heart
"Simon" i smile at him he grabs the necklace and opens it,
I didn't realize it could it open. Inside the locket necklace is a picture of me, Simon and
Emma together
"I know you already have a necklace that you wear all the time" I instantly grab the necklace that I've worn my whole life it's simple it just has a rose on it
"It's just we are all going to college next year and we won't see each other as much so where ever you go we will be there too"
I feel tears forming in my eyes
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to make you cry al"
I reach over and hug him "thank you I love it" I kiss his cheek I see him blush a little
"Put it on me" he grabs the necklace and puts it on its a little bit longer than my other necklace
I turn around and smile at him
Lunch
Me, Simon and Emma all sit together
"It looks so cute on you" Emma gushes about the necklace Simon got me
"thank you, Simon did good" I nudge him
"Well I'm going to throw you the greatest birthday party ever" Emma smirks
"Yes you are" I laugh
"I still can't believe Mr. And Mrs. D are letting you throw a party" Simons says
"I know I didn't even have to beg that hard" Emma tells me
"Yeah it is weird their so protective over me but I guess since I'm 18 now" I shrug
