Where Will We Go? #38

When I open my eyes it takes me a minute to remember I'm not in my room and I don't have to get up for another day of school, instead I'm in a rabbits house and on a mission to defeat the red queen.

I get up and go into the kitchen where the rabbit is hoping around, cleaning and Kurt is siting at the table drinking tea.

"Morning" I say to the both of them, they look up at me instantly. Rabbit gives me a small smile while Kurt looks at me for barley a second then looks down at his tea cup like its the most interesting thing in the world at the moment

"I've made you some tea" the rabbit says to me

"Thank you" I tell him and sit across from Kurt

"Did the diamonds always know this day would come?" I ask them all of a sudden

"Why would you say that?" Kurt raises an eyebrow

"It's just now that I'm thinking about everything and they were always so protective over me I mean I wasn't allowed out of the house for more than a hour or so and they always wanted me to be able to defend myself and every time I would ask why it was so important they would say you never no" I say, thinking about all the signs I missed

"When you mean defend your self?" Kurt asks a little confused

"Well I did kick boxing and ran track and uh took different defense classes anything they thought I needed to defend myself in case of a emergency"

"That explains a few things" he mumbles

"I'm sure the diamond knew that there was a possibility the red queen would find you so I'm not surprised they took every measure to make sure you were protected" rabbit says as he sits at the table with me and Kurt

I take a sip of my tea, "we are going to have to leave soon aren't we" I say to the both of them

"I'm afraid so" rabbit nods

"We can't be anywhere for too long" Kurt tells me

"Where will we go?"

Rabbit and Kurt look at each other like the other one is supposed to come up with a plan.

"We're doomed" I mutter
