They are now 6 months and I've decided that they're old enough for me to leave them at home alone with the Nanny. I'm walking into the school and my nerves are fried. Like I can't even think about what to do. Or who I'll meet. I don't know what to think.

Its a bit overwhelming because I thought that I would never move from home. I walked straight towards the main office and pulled out my phone to text my mom that I got here safely. I pause for a moment to look at the photo of Aurora and Carter a few days ago at the picnic we had.

I was taking them to  see their dad soon. I was just worried I haven't gone to see him in two or three months the babies need my full attention. I wanted to make sure I gave it to them.

I take a deep breath relaxing myself before I walk in with a smile on my lips."Hello I'm New, my name is Maya Cruz."

The Secretary looks up surprised for a moment then smiles." Oh yes! Of course I have your schedule right here sweetie." she smiles brightly before passing me a paper. "This is your schedule and I have a helper today she can walk you around the school for a tour. Is that okay dearie"

I nod as she stands and goes to the back to get someone.

"This is Marilei Thompson. She is going to escort you so you can at least know where you are in the building if that's ok?" I smile nodding as the girl looks up to smile at me.

She's really pretty. She has light Brown skin and dark Brown eyes. Curly hair that sort of shapes into an afro. She looked really nice. "So your New huh?" she ask as we walk out into the hall.

I nod and smile," Yeah me and my parents moved here a while back." she raises an eyebrow but shrugs." Cool so what are you?" she ask confusing me.

"Uh I'm pretty sure I'm human." I say playfully. She laughs and shakes her head.

"No like what are you? Band kid, artist, nerd, cheerleader?" she questions me I shrug. "Most people would qualify me as a good girl I guess." she nods her head.

"Oh we haven't ever had one of those i think. so long as you stay away from all the badboys especially Alex the worst of the lot you can tell him apart because hes the one with a house arrest device around his ankle but he still goes wherever he wants with or without it." she tells me as we walk the halls," you don't mind my blabbing do you i do this a lot but you know you just have to tell me to stop or pause."

"No it's fine!" I say as an embarrassed look crosses her face," quite honestly it's refreshing to hear another human besides my parents I hate homeschooling but it was a necessary." I shrug my shoulders as her mouth gapes open.

"Your a homeschoolee?" I smile and nod my head." Ok that is not cool I'm gonna show you the whole school then the parking lots then the town oh and a rave you know what I'll just show you everything this must be changed!" She declared fistpumping the air." You will not become a hermit! Not on my watch! Not ever!" She screams as she tugs me down the hall laughing.
