A Heart?

Calamities struck                             me out of the earth
I lived to create embers that         turn into ashes to block the
clear hope of tomorrow’s light.  My selfishness, irritableness,  and coldness endlessly swirl around this rock of mine. Your
kindness, patience, and sympathy carve out its edges. The
brightness of your smile strongly melts it into molt. Your
soft hands mold it into something I never would have
known I'd have. This irreplaceable wealth hides
unfamiliar flames. You by my side allow them
to grow larger. Spreading as quickly as a
wild fire, they could only be blown out
by your breath. I must treasure all I
learned from you along with this
                               delicate red gem of mine.
                                   It will always be with
                                       me unless it will
                                           be crushed
                                               by you.
