~ Christian's Point of View ~
" So what are you guys doing this weekend? " I ask. The group shrugs.
" Seriously? This Saturday is Halloween. Don't tell me you guys aren't going to some crazy drama llama party. "
" Sorry man, I don't know what you guys did at your old school but here we're pretty boring, " Alex says placing her hands on my arm.
" Well my parents are gonna be out of town Saturday going to some party with their friends and they're cool if I invite friends over, " I say.
" What? You mean they go to some party and leave you alone all night and they don't even call? " Alex asks her eyes widened.
" Yeah, you mean your parents don't go out with friends and leave you home? " I ask.
" No way. My parents aren't the partying type and they won't leave me at home for an hour without calling twenty times, " she replies.
" Well I feel sorry for you. How are you going to have parties or invite me over, " I laugh.
" Having parties would be way too risky and if I invited you over we'd probably have to text each other from opposite sides of the couch, " she laughed.
" That's why she always comes to my house, " Mac says laughing along.
" So what were you saying about your parents not being home? " asked Shiloh.
" Oh yeah, about that. I was saying that maybe I could invite you guys over maybe I could invite a lot of people over like my friends at my old school, " I suggest.
" Really? I've wanted to meet your friends for like ever, " Alex said.
" Since I told you about them, " I laughed.
" It sounds like a good idea, just as long as your gang doesn't decide they wanna vandalize anything, " Astrid chimed in, joining the conversation.
" I promise you my friends will behave, " I say back. " And since it's Halloween wear costumes. "
" I'll wear a costume but I think you and your friends will be disappointed when we don't show up looking like sluts, " Alex laughs. " The girls here may not seem like it but we're actually the most innocent you can get. "
" Well we're the dirty minded group, " Astrid says.
" Yeah but we're still pretty innocent, " Haley replies.
" So what do you guys say? " I ask.
They exchange looks and Alex and Mac both speak up at the same time " Sounds good. "
