It All Started With A Thud

Chapter Fifteen

            ~ Christian's Point of View ~

         Alex came over at 5pm on Saturday wearing her Black Parade jacket, a white t- shirt, and black skinny jeans, with her long brown hair pulled up, her bangs and shorter layers still hanging down in her face. " You're early. "
        " Yeah I know, " she says as I hug her tightly.
        " Wait so you're Gerard Way? " I ask.
       " Yep, " she says. A smile forms on my face. " What? "
      " Nothing, I was just gonna be Frank Iero, " I say back.
      She laughs " So we're Ferard. "
       " I guess so, " I laugh.
      " So what are we gonna do next year?  How about I be Vic and you can be Kellin, " she says laughing.
      " Yes! " I exclaim with laughter.

~ Alex's Point of View ~

" Alex you're here early, " Tori said.
" Yeah, I'm early, " I replied.
" Well you know what they say. The early bird gets the worm, " said Tori laughing slightly.
" Yep I'm the early bird now where's my worm, " I laugh.
" Well as fun as it is talking to you, Alex. I need to get ready for the party. Chris, I'm gonna need you to take some pictures of your father and I before we leave, " she says walking into the bathroom.
* time skip an hour and a half later *

" Chris have you seen my... Who's this? " A man who I assumed to be Christian's dad walked in the room.
" Hi, I'm Alex. Nice to meet you, " I say standing up to shake his hand.
" I'm Luke, " he says. " So you're the girl Christian and Tori can't stop talking about, " he chuckles shaking my hand. I notice his laugh is a deep chuckle that sounds just like Christian's just deeper and more rough. Christian talks more soft like he wouldn't hurt a fly unlike his father whose voice is rough and slightly raspy.
He's so tall he makes Christian look short. He has black hair and bright green eyes with a little stubble on his face. He's basically a taller, older, and buffer version of Christian.
" So you're Christian's father, I haven't heard much about you, " I say laughing slightly.
He bellows loudly, " You're alright. I can see why Christian and Tori like you so much. "
     " Come on honey we're going to be late, " Tori interrupts. " Oh, Luke I see you've met Alex. "
    " She's great, " he says smiling. " Now I know why you guys like her so much. She's nice and she's funny, I wish our son would be more like her. "
      " I'm still here you know, " Christian chimes in.
      " I know, I'm just kidding, " Luke says putting his arms around Christian and giving him a noogie.
      " Chris did you get your camera? " Tori asked.
      " Yeah here it is, " he said getting his camera and handing it to Tori. Tori gave the camera to Luke and hugged us both, " You two be good. "
      " We will, " Christian replied as Tori let go of us leaving the Christian and I in each other's arms. 
      " Aww, look how adorable they are, " Tori said in awe.
      " It's their first Halloween together and they're wearing matching jackets, " Luke chuckles and takes our picture with a big smile on his face. " Here's your camera. "
       " But didn't you..."
      " Nope, we just wanted a picture of you two, " said Tori. " Now we should get to that party. "
      " Stay out of trouble you guys, " said Luke.
      " We'll be back at 12. Call me if you need anything, " Tori said giving Christian a kiss on the cheek.
       " We'll be fine mom, " Christian assured her as his parents walked out the door leaving the two of us alone. I've been alone with Christian before but not at night with his parents so far out of town so I was a little scared that he might try something.
       " Now what do we do? " I ask nervously.
       " We wait, " he smiles taking a seat on the couch.
