chapter 24: I'll never let go

    Marcus POV

    I decided to take Klarie somewhere special to me. Don't ask me why it's special it just is. It's the place I go to think.
    "Hey Klar, I wanna take you somewhere." I said while we were lounging out in the basement living room/game room type thing. Mostly 'man cave'
    "Sure, where ?" She questioned me.
    "You'll see sweetheart." I said as I got up and held my hand out for her to take, which she did.
    "Just tell me, I hate surprises!" She whined.
    "Sucks it up buttercup, you'll just have to wait and see." I said giving her a wink. She just pouted.
    I kissed her pouty lips and then continued walking over to my truck, I have a car and truck, my truck was a black Chevy 4x4 with huge tires. (I'm not good at describing cars sorry ~T~)

    I opened the passenger side door for Klarie as she hopped in, literally. I chuckled as she struggled to get inside since it was pretty huge. She finally managed to get in though, without my help because when I tried she refused.
    I shut her door and walked to the drivers side and easily got in. I didn't fail to notice Klarie glaring at me, because I easily got in.
    Off to the place we go.

    Klarie POV

    "Hey Klar, I wanna take you somewhere." Marcus said while we were lounging out in his basement that was set up as sort of a lounge gaming room type of thing
    "Sure, where ?" I questioned curiously.
    "You'll see sweetheart." Really ? That's all I got....Oh the nerve !
    Marcus got up and had his hand outstretched for me to place my hand in his, which I did.
    "Just tell me, I hate surprises!" I whined like a 5 year old.
    "Sucks it up buttercup, you'll just have to wait and see." He said giving me a wink. I then pouted, but while I pouted Marcus swooped down  and kissed my pouting lips, which did kinda surprise me for a second.
    We walked over to a black Chevy Truck and Marcus opened the door for me to get in. So I attempted to get into the GI-FREAKING-GANTIC truck, key word, attempted, I literally had to hop in.
    "Want me to help you ?" Marcus questioned me.
   "No,no. I got it." I huffed as I proceeded to crawl into the Seay after hopping somewhat into it.
    I didn't fail to hear Marcus laughing at my attempt but nonetheless be closed the door and walked to the driver said and easily got in. Wtf....
    I glared at Marcus with all my might. Jerk.
    We headed down the road and turned unfamiliar ways that I didn't really know of or paid attention to. The radio was on though and the song
    Broccoli by D.R.A.M. was playing and aww yeah this is my jamm

    And yeah it went on like that while I was belting out the words, horribly might I add. No worries though because so was Marcus.
    It wasn't too much longer maybe 5 songs later when we pulled up to our destination in some meadow type thing where we walked and walked....and you guessed it WALKED it was maybe a 10 minute walk but the outcome was amazing.
    We were on a cliff and right underneath maybe a 100 foot drop was a body of crystal blue water. Unlike the other place we went swimming this felt magical and was so gorgeous it took my breath away.
    "Wow." I said breathlessly.
    "That's what I think everytime I see you."Marcus said slyly.
    "Way to be cheesy romeo." I said with a roll of my eyes but a grin appearing on my face.
    "This is where I come to think, and you're the only person I've ever brought here, and as far as I know the second person to ever be here." Marcus said looked out over the cliff and to the body of water where just a bit off into the distance you could see a small island. Looking around at some trees that blocked the beauty from the rest of the world and seeing how the sky was glowing a bright pink red orange blue and purple hue from the sunset, and you could PERFECTLY see the sunset ducking down behind some mountains across the body of water out in the distance. It was....perfect.

    "Why did you bring me here ?" I questioned him.
    "Wanted to share something special with someone special to me." He said with a cheeky grin and a simple shrug.
    "You cheesy son of a gun." I said laughing.
    "Wanna jump in ?" Marcus said with a smirk then added, "and don't worry I've done it hundreds of times.
    "Sure." I said with a shrug.
    "Alright let's do this !" Marcus jumped up throwing his hands in the air like he just got a victory. We both stripped from our clothing and then while we were both at the edge Marcus said, "Don't let go." Because he grabbed my hand and intertwined my fingers.
    "I'll never let go." I said thinking of titanic for some reason.
    We jumped on the count of three
   "1!" We both yelled out.
   "2!!" We yelled even louder.
   "3!!!" That was when we jumped.

    As we fell to our doom I let go of Marcus hand. We splashed into the water and rose to the top. I wiped my face clear of water as Marcus did too.

    "You let go!" Marcus said.
    "So did Rose in titanic." I said raising an eyebrow.
    "Touché." He said getting at what I was talking about.

    And with that we rode into the sunset with 2 beautiful dolphins living happily ever after. The End.

   

     Nahhhh I'm just messing with you, what really happened was we kept swimming after each other and splashing each other with water.
