chapter 31: crush

    I go to school the next day feeling terrible, and exhausted. I just messing through my hair up and wore sweatpants and a long sleeve. Like ha fuck school.

    As all classes drag by and my life gets even more wasted I just sleep through classes. Everyone seems to notice that somethings wrong and Mj and Nash keep bugging me to stop being so down since they knew what had happened.
    They just don't understand my dilemma. They don't have to make the decision of talking to him to get his explanation or not. Or actually have to come face to face with him. I've been avoiding him for now though.
   

    Finally it was lunch time though, which wasn't exactly important because I wasn't that hungry, but Mj and Nash dragged me to the lunch room, literally, because I "needed to eay." Yeah whatever.

    We get to the lunch room and I get a turkey and cheese sub with lettuce and a bag of potato skins and take a seat at our table. Mj and Nash follow along and sit as well.

    After 5 minutes of eating the sub you hear some music playing and everyone looking around to figure out what the heck was going on including me.

    "Has it ever crossed your mind
When we're hanging spending time girl
Are we just friends ? Is there more ? Is there more."

    That's when all the lights turn out and a spotlight suddenly go onto someone.

    Oh, but we all know who it is, so I'm not just gonna be like oh I wonder who it is. Oh fuck no, because we all know.
    Yeah, you guessed it, Marcus.

    "I hung up the phone tonight
Something happened for the first time

   As Marcus began to sing he got down from the table he was standing on and walking towards me and playing a guitar. Why this song ??

    It's Crush by David Archuleta one of my favorite songs because, well that song is amazing

    Finally Marcus makes his way to me and keeps singing to me and he has this look in his eyes that just scream love.

   Marcus takes hold of my hand and lifts me up the  hands me a bouquet of white roses with red tips and smiles at me as he finishes the rest of the song.

    In all honesty, he sang it better than David Archuleta himself.

    The thing I done that was stupid though, was run.

    I can't handle this.
