chapter 29: Don't ever talk to me again

The next day I woke up bright and early thinking today would be the best day ever ! Boy was I WRONG.

as Marcus and I got to school going our separate ways to class everything was fine. Totally fine.
Class was boring.
Mj talked alot.
Nash told mj to shut up.
Etc.

It was now 2nd block though, that's when it all happened.

I was walking down the scholl corridor with a headache caused by my two best friends checking HeartBreakers Anonymous and responding to people when I heard some weird noise. I looked up and my entire world froze, and I stated and stared.

Marcus was kissing some girl I've never seen before.
Marcus. Kissing. Another. Girl.

Oh the nerve.

I saw Marcus looking at me and pushing the girl away.
He said," Klarie I swear it's not what it looks like let me ex-" I ran off.

The one time I trust a guy again and this is what I get ? Is this some type of sign that God is sending me telling me I'm going to be forever alone and that every guy I date is going to cheat on me ? Or use me ? Or play me ?

"KLARIE WAIT UP !" I heard Marcus shout.
I kept running, and crying, and more running.
I felt someone grab my was it and turn me around," Klarie baby, let me explain ! She kissed me I swear ! I tried pushing her off !" Marcus rushed out.
"You know I love you Klarie!" He said.

"Like I'm going to believe you, but whatever Marcus go make out with who ever you want because we are OVER. Don't ever talk to me again !" I all but yelled.
"Klar-" Marcus started but I cut him off by walking away.

Marcus POV

"What are you-" I said as sweet random girl pushed onto me and started kissing me. That's when I heard a gasp, oh shit! It was Klarie.
I saw her stare at us then run away wth tears trailing down her face.
She must've thought I was cheating on her but it's not like that!

This girl practically jumped on.me and kissed me !

I would never cheat on Klarie!

I ran after Klarie yelling for her to wait, but she didn't, she kept running.

I finally managed to get a hold of her waist and turn her around to try to explain but she cut me off by saying," "Like I'm going to believe you, but whatever Marcus go make out with who ever you want because we are OVER. Don't ever talk to me again !" She yelled. No this isn't how it's suppose to go !

I said, "klar-" but there she goes again interrupting me even though I already said that the girl kissed me and I pushed her off. She walked away.

Maybe I should've chased after her, but I didn't.
Maybe I should've tried harder to fight for her, but I didn't.
Maybe I should've realized that all that was a set up by the one person that hates Klarie right now, but I didn't.

And that's what royally fucked me up.

Losing Klarie.
