chapter 14: never gonna happen.

    Don't get me wrong. Marcus is hot, but my one rule is, never fall for a player, and I'm not going to. Nope, never gonna happen. This is just what he wants! He wants me to fall for him just so he can break my heart. Nope, that's not ever going to happen. We are just friends, and I plan to keep it that way. So don't get the wrong idea thinking I like him and he "likes" me. Because that idea is stupid and shouldn't exist because it will never happen.

    "Don't you dare !" I yelled out as Marcus came towards me with a smirk. Currently I was sitting on a rock trying to dry off a bit, but with that evil glint in Marcus eyes I knew what he was about to do. I got tired of swimming, but Marcus didn't, so I sat on a huge rock close by the river as he swam. He complained that it wasn't fun with just him swimming. So that's why we are here now.
    "Dare to do what?" He smirked. Oh the nerve.
    "You know exactly what I'm talking about." I glared as he got closer and closer to the rock.
    Sure, I could run away, but either way I know he's going to catch me.

    Wait ! Idea !

    Once Marcus reached me I jumped up and ran to the willow tree and climbed up with. It was harder than it looked. Marcus was hot on my tail but I made it just in time.
    "Come down !" He yelled up at me.
    "Neverrrrrr!!!!" I yelled.
    "Yes !" Him
    "No!" Me
    "Yes." Him
    "No." Me
    "No." Him
    "Thought I'd fall for that ? Nope ! Terabithia(I think that's how you spell it idk i forgot)!!!!!!!" I yelled out.
    "Tarabithe what ?" He said with a confusing look in his eyes.
    I gaped at him, then continued, then continued....say what?
    "You've never heard of the movie bridge to Terabithia?" I questioned. I also started to question his sanity and why I was hanging with him. Really I'm quite shocked.
    "Nope." He said popping the 'p'
    Oh boy he needs an intervention.

    "Enough with the silliness we are going straight to my house and Watchung that damn movie whether you agree or not !" I said jumping down from my spot on the tree and landing on my feet then walking over to my clothes to put them on.
    "Is it any good?" He questioned. How DARE he question the movie. Oh the nerve.

    "Is it good? IS IT GOOD ?! Let me ask you this Marcus Myers, is FOOD good ? Is music good ? Is sleeping good ? Is homework lame? The answer to all those is hell yeah, so you have your answer, it is 'hell yeah'." I stated with a victorious smile. Then it faltered, I just ruined that sentence mentioning....*gags* ....homework...

    Once we reached my house I pulled him towards the living room got some nacho cheese doritos, white chedder popcorn and Nutella and sat it in front of us I took a handful of the white chedder popcorn and stuffed it my mouth, very un ladylike, yeah who cares ? Not me.
     Then I popped in the movie Bridge To Terabithia. Let the movie begin. (Get it ? Let the games begin ? Hunger games ? No...oh...alright then. *que the awlwardness*)
    After 30 minutes of junk food and soda later I hear a not so light snore. I looked over at Marcus and glared at him. Oh the nerve. I continued to eat the food and watch the amazing movie. I decided to check my phone on HeartBreakers Anonymous

    I like this girl, but I think all she sees me as is a player, sure we've been hanging out and we've both been having a good time, well I hope she has, but I'm kinda confused of my feelings for her. I like her but I know I shouldn't. I'm the "player" and that's all she'll ever see me as.

    Just tell her how you feel, and if you have changed your "player" ways don't be afraid to show her ! If you really like her how you say you do, you'd do anything to prove how you feel.     As soon as I sent that message I heard another vibrate, but not from my phone but from Marcus, wow strange.
    Marcus jumped up from the unexpected buzz and had the funniest cutest face ever. He had wide eyes and his arms were in the air, and his hair was a total mess.
    He reached in his pocket for his phone and his eyes went slightly bigger, I guess at the time maybe ?? It was only 10 thought so I don't know.
    "Uhh...umm...my dad wants me uh home...now...uh I'll see you to-tomorrow!" He jumbled out and literally ran out of the house. He's a strange one. I did also take notice a wince and frown when he said the word dad....hmmm.
